If you're looking for a phone right away for calls, this phone is great. But, if you're to download apps and are a geek, this phone is not for you.

A very good low price smartphone with the latest Android OS. The phone has features that one would not expect at this price point. I did purchase during the first week it became available at $49.99. If you are looking for a low cost. Android smartphone as a backup or for a child, then this is a good candidate. Operation - It does run smoothly as long as you keep an eye on the memory used up by the apps you add. The carrier built in apps are either useful or not depending on your needs. The back camera is okay, the bonus at this price level is the flash, the front camera is bear minimum, but again its included at this price point. The screen brightness outdoors during the day at full max level will do, since it does gets washed out. Overall price with features is a 5 star, usefulness at this price point for emergency replacement, backup, children, senior citizens its a 5 star. If you loose it not much lost. Just think 3 years ago this phone with its features would cost $200-300 easy.

Son needed a phone with wi-fi capability and he loves the speakers on the phone.

Great phone for a beginner however needed to charge too long before using.

A few tweaks and it's great. Out of the box, four things hold this back: -The native capacity is less than other 8GB phones give you. -The screen is just 'meh' -The cameras are blah -ZTE's launcher and music app are horrible. They're very buggy. This things is awesome because it's snappy, LTE, sized perfectly, and a great price. Did I mention the price is amazing? It is! You need to install the Google Now Launcher or the Nova Launcher to get a great experience. I also had to install another music player. Lately I've liked the Black Music Player, though I also like Rocket. It's currently on Nova Launcher and Black Player. I think it'll stay that way indefinitely. I ran out of space just from programs I run. A microSD card will help you with things like media, but not so much with programs because a significant portion needs to be installed on the embedded storage anyway. Good phone. Get one as a backup. You can use it with any AT&T SIM, not just GoPhone.

It worked as expected, good alternative for a new smart phone user without paying a lot of $$ and no contract to deal with.
