I had the ZTE Maven, but wanted to buy something nicer. This phone is definitely nicer. Sure it's more money, but I absolutely love that it's got 16GB with 32GB expandable memory. +++ the camera quality (front facing as well) is fantastic for the price.
Everything has been great so far, although one issue i've had is the power button location. It's located right below the volume buttons & I find myself accidentally shutting my phone off instead of lowering the volume or taking a picture. But other than that, I think if you're looking for a nicer GoPhone that fits in well with the nicer smart phone, but for a more affordable price, this phone is a good way to go.

got this on sale for $60. you cant beat this price. the camera kinda sucks but I am not a selfie person so it doesnt matter to me. dont expect flagship phone specs for what you pay for.
PROS: speed, ram, screen size, price, performance, battery life
CONS: camera , locked to ATT , SD card size limited to 32GB max ,screen material seems a little cheap, best to get a case or tempered glass protection with this.

This is great phone for the price! I wasn't expecting it to perform the way it did. It is very responsive and has a nice large bright vivid screen. I like that it has a removable battery and can take an micro sd card up to 32gb. I also appreciate that it comes with 2gb of ram and 16 gb of build in storage. Most other phones only come with 1gb of ram and only 8gb of internal storage. The one thing I have found that I don't like about this phone is that the camera is a little slow to focus but once it does, it takes a decent picture. I also like that I was able to just add it to my existing At&t account and use it right away.

One of the best phones I've ever had

Pro's:
1) It has virtually what any other smartphone has, for a fraction - literally - of the price.
2) People hate the camera: use Manual mode and HDR. It's not the best one out there, but it's not the worst. The weak part of it, as I can see (and my major is cinema) is the shutter speed. You won't get a lot of hi-speed freezes with this one.
3) Battery life is alien. Best battery life I've had out of ANY smartphone since 2008 - includes iPhones, Samsung, LG, Motorola, HTC, Nokia, etc. Well, it doesn't beat my old Nokia Obamaphone, but heck, it's not a smartphone. It will also charge faster than any phone I've ever had, but USE A GOOD USB CABLE. If you don't, you won't. The one that comes with the phone is the one. I ordered some off Monoprice as backups that, as per benchmarks, will do the job hopefully.
4) It has a pretty recent version of Android.
5) Battery is removeable.
6) 64GB expansion slot - I use SanDisk Extreme 64GB, great for HD videos.
Cons?
1) At the start, I was buzzed by the touchscreen. Sometimes it did not recognize my button presses, would make lots of keyboard mistakes. I got used to it, and it still happens, but it doesn't freak me out. Remember what you're buying here: it's probably the cheapest, most powerful Android device you'll own out of the box.
2) Weak support. Accesories, root, hacks, extra ROM's, all impossible or hard to find. Probably going to be stuck with this Android version until the phone dies.
3) Camera is not the greatest, but you have to try hard to get to that point. It's definitely not a beast, but with proper photo knowledge, you'll get by. Remember what you're buying here!
Otherwise, there are no real cons. Just go out there and buy it. Heck, buy two.
PS. I am uploading a picture I recently took with the HDR feature of the phone. This is in Rincón, Puerto Rico.

I really like my new phone. The size and weight are nice. Battery life is great.
The only issue I have is the speakers. They are at the bottom and the volume isn't very loud. So I have to use the aux in the car to hear the person as I don't like using headsets when I'm driving.
Otherwise this is an impressive phone for the price!

Hard to believe this phones performance vs price..get it! Very nice screen, battery life is excellent, call quality is good, plays YouTube fine with wifi or cellular with no stuttering. Lots of memory for app (comes with 16GB), has SD card slot for more storage, camera is decent and made better with a app called Open Camera which helps with colors and image sharpness. Has all the bands needed for 4G/LTE speed on At&t and also T-Mobile if you unlock it. I believe it's easily the best sub $120. budget phone on the market and at it's current price of $49.99, get it and smile!

I am happy with this phone. Got it on sale for $60. I like the fact it has an older quad core snapdragon processor, removable battery, an SD card slot, and 16gigs of ram memory. Bought a $7 case and friends are surprised at its performance. Speedtest reported 25mbits download on att 4g LTE. I upgraded from an 8 gig phone and I can load all of the apps I need with this phone. Battery life lasts all day while playing songs from the SD card to Bluetooth headset. Only con I have is that the auto screen brightness is a little dim for my taste and I just manually adjust the screen brightness. It can get really bright in manual mode. My wife got the same model before I bought this and she is happy with it too.

Price Is Right, Large Display

Best feature is the 5.5 display size. Phone display is bright enough in sunlight, better than other prepaid phones I've had. As there are many different ways to make a phonecall, the menu choices create confusion in that it's not clear that I've actually started to make a call; however this is an Android 5.1 feature, not a criticism of the ZTE phone. The camera takes average shots. The LED flashlight came on once accidentally although there are no APPS installed for flashlight and there are no settings for flashlight to turn on. In 11 days of use, the ZTE stalled once, so I just had to restart. Overall nice phone, easy to use. Switched from a Nokia Windows 4.5" which was very reliable , just needed to have a larger display. I decided to turn the location OFF as it was using too much Data ; I charge battery each day, and battery goes down from 100% to about 65% at the end of my day before I plug phone back in.

I looked at all the ATT go phones and this had the best specs - quad core processor with 2 gb ram and 16gb storage. So so camera but I'm not an Instagram person anyway. I bought it to test the cricket service and it works like a champ!

Even a year ago, to get something like this for ~$100 (got mine for $80 during a promo) would have been unheard of. The screen, despite lowish resolution, is pretty good and the battery last a long time (and it is replaceable!) You can extend your storage with an SD card. Everything is snappy. Frankly, why would you pay $500-$600 for a marginally better top model when you can get this!

I am at the stage where I've decided that I am not going to spend much more than a 100 dollars for a phone. After looking at all the budget prepaid phone out there, it became obvious that this was the best one out there. 12 gigs of free space 2 gigs of ram an acceptable camera etc. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't accept an sd card bigger than 32 gigs.

It's obviously not a high-end device, but it performs like one (at least for my needs).
Great battery life, wifi signal, and cellular signal.
I've dropped it a few times and it's held up w/out damage (maybe luck). I'm hard on phones and have bad luck. I'm pleased so far.
Software functionality has been flawless as well.
I stream almost endless music and watch a lot of videos.
It's a little larger then I anticipated but the dislay is quite remarkable and makes up for being too large and heavy. At least it doesn't feel cheap and flimsy.
It looks and feels like a quality phone. So far it performs as such.
Lolipop was a bit of learning curve. I've had several of the predecessors and prefer this OS to the others, except that I'd like to put music onto an micro-sd card; As well as applications to save the internal memory.

Bought this ($60) as a backup phone for my $700 LG G5 which has been back and forth to their repair facility since I bought it 4 months ago (don't go for the LG). Even though this is sold as a prepaid phone for ATT, you can just buy it and plug in your SIM card from your ATT post paid plan and it works. No other cost for this than the $60 purchase price. This ZTE phone has exceeded my expectations. It is a great android phone in general although of course it won't have as nice of a camera function or screen resolution or be quite as quick as the more expensive phones. But it does everything well. GPS works great and google maps of course is great. This unit has a replaceable battery and slot for expanding memory with SD card which you don't get on lots of very expensive phones (Samsung even though they do now allow SD cards on some phones, still won't let you change the battery). Speaking of battery, this one lasts very well. I think partly because it does have lesser processing power but it lasts me better (all day with some to spare) than the G5 or samsung phones ever did. And although it is a little slow in switching or starting applications, I haven't really had an issue with processing power. It plays my MP4 videos and movies (from my SD card) just fine. Voice quality is great. Size of this phone is actually a bit bigger than the LG G5 and it has dedicated button area on the bottom so the virtual buttons don't take up screen space like they do on the G5.
Overall a great phone. For around $60 you get something not much different than you get for $700+ that you pay for Samsung, LG, or Apple high end phones. Just a little less in speed, screen resolution, and camera capability. But replaceable battery and SD slot that you don't get on some of those.
