This handset was an addition to a two handset model. This review is about the entire system. It has all of the features you would expect of a phone system at this level. The problem is the sound quality of the handsets. It's difficult to hear the person you're talking to. It's not as bad when on speakerphone, but still not great. I picked this brand over others because I felt the name meant quality. I will think differently on my next purchase.

This phone has really low sound, and you cannot adjust the volume. Only for starters, not forever homes.

I thought I checked all numbers carefully, but it was not a replacement for my handset. Looked the same, but did not fit the charging cradle.
