    Seems to do what it os supposed to do. It At &T will charge you an activation fee then a monthly fee and if you ever shut it off you pay another activation fee. Oh did I mention I bought the product outright with no contract. Rip off!!

    Purchased because I got frustrated with poor connections from slow wifi routers in hotels. Figured, this would make it much easier and it did. Just wish it was even faster, that is also dependent on signal quality, not this device.

    This is an excellent product as I have used the Unite Pro. The Unite Explorer is able to only do 5ghz band or both compared to only both on the Pro. Excellent product just bad customer service on the best buy brick and mortar.

    "hot spot" seems to come on and connect quicker than our old one., of course it was 6 years old too. we are very satisfied with it, and so appreciative of the help we received from pat while we were in the store.

    We were on vacation and needed a better WiFi than the one the unit provided. My wife and I wanted to get a unit that would provide the same type speed we had at home. This unit is even better than our home unit and we both LOVE IT!!! The rep. at the AT&T kiosk was so very helpful and we left the store with what we feel is the best unit for our needs. Many Thanks to all at the Best Buy location.
