This is a really cool device to have if you want unlimited data in your vehicle. Plugs into the OBD port and allows multiple people to connect tablets, phones, laptops or whatever and use as much data as you want while in the car. I love it!

I got this before our vacation so my kids would be able to play on their tablets in the car easily. I usually try to add any games & movies before we go on our trips but there was no time for that this year. This device was just what we needed. They can manage their own content now wherever we are - on long trips or running errands. They can also play against each other on some games now that they have wireless access in the car - which they absolutely love. And it's wonderful to only have to pay for data for 1 device that they can all connect to instead of paying for individual devices. It works anytime the car is running. Also very easy to install.

Plugged this into may car for a weekend road trip and it worked great, now it's in my wife's car for the daily commute. Only issue was both kids could not stream videos at the same time, solution was each kid got 30 minutes. For games, web surfing, and email it works great. iPads sync right away no enabling hotspots and connecting devices every trip.

We travel and needed to be able to use our phones and laptop to pay bills in addition to communicate with friends and family. With a AC adapter we are able to have internet wherever we are as long as we have phone service. Easy to use and the most economical way we could find.

This device was bought to install into my car so my wife could surf the internet while I drive. It has performed superbly and has worked well in all areas we have traveled. Great price on the ATT unlimited data plan.

I love the plan that comes with this device. $20/mo for unlimited data is a no brainer.

This device is the ticket to sign up for AT&T Connect Car Unlimited data plan that cost only $20 plus tax monthly. Now I have internet access anywhere I go which is a breeze for traveling with kids. With a little creativity, you can make a power adapter for the device and can use it outside the vehicle. Downsides of this hotspot is weak internal antenna and only allows for up to 5 devices connected simultaneously. Shipping from Bestbuy is quick.

The mobley is just what I needed. I drive for Uber so I'm constantly in my car and I was going over my data on my cell phone plan. For $20 unlimited data and now I can offer wifi for my passengers. I would definetly recommend to alll Uber drivers.

Really great value for this product on AT&T's unlimited data plan. Reliably delivers wifi access while in the car. Would like to see more adapters available since plugging into ODBC port is awkward.

The Mobley device itself isn't the big deal. The big deal about the Mobley is the currently available AT&T $20/month UNLIMITED data plan. So get a Mobley, activate it, and for $20/month everyone in the car can get online with laptops, tablets, phones, etc. (max 5 simultaneous WiFi connections). We used our Mobley recently on a long roadtrip. It streamed video for multiple devices without any trouble so long as there was an AT&T network signal.

This device is primarily for use in your car using the OBD port. Near a tower without congestion, speeds are pretty decent. During peak hours, your speed will drop quite a lot. The other hot spots such as the Unite Explore are not much faster unless you have multiple LTE bands in your area. Most places do not have this right now. AT&T has an unlimited data plan for them right now for a very reasonable price.

This device allows you to create a hotspot in your vehicle. Currently AT&T is offering a plan with unlimited data (subject to network management after 20G) for $20/month which is a bargain. The device performs admirably, giving us a mobile internet connection in our car and RV. When I bought mine, AT&T was still working out the bugs of their new offering. I've spent over 3 hours on the phone and in AT&T stores getting this device set up properly, and have received several erroneous bills. I think (hope?) they finally have it worked out. Pros: - Affordable hot spot device - Affordable data plan - "Unlimited" data (subject to network management, which means once you exceed 20G if you are using a busy tower, your data will have a lower priority) - Works well (as long as there is AT&T LTE coverage, of course) Cons: - AT&T customer service for this device was severely lacking when I got mine. I've deducted one star for the hassles in getting it set up.

Not well known and very hard to find but once you do, $20/month for unlimited data in your car. Since I spend most of my time in the field, this awesome device has come in very handy and the days to go find a Starbucks, McDonalds or another public WiFi are officially over!

This device is cool & useful when in vehicle, creates a wifi hotspot for 5 devices. Plugs into car's diagnostic connector and basically a plug & forget device. Uses family plan data or separate work SIM. Can set your own wifi environment: name, password, length of time remains on after turning off car. Signal appeared to be same as phone hotspot... maybe a little better. Great device if data is needed inside car by several or devices that don't have cellular.

This device does not support carrier aggregation, so speeds may be limited in your area. Still, for $20/mo unlimited on ATT it's a steal.

It's a great device for a car hotspot. It doesn't support carrier aggregation, so you will not get speeds of the order of 100mnpsnor so but I easily manage to pull 25mbps down and10-15 mbps up. Works well with unlimited standalone $20 plan

This is a great little device, which comes with unbelievable Unlimited data plan from AT&T for only $20 a month. Too bad Best Buy does not sell them any longer.

This hot spot is exactly what I needed for the car. It gives AT&T Mobile Data coverage via Wi-Fi access to everyone in the car as well as my Wi-Fi head unit that is always connected. This unit also doesn't track your driving habits like some of the other OBD2 units, which then relay the information for sales and marketing purposes to insurance companies.

I love having this in my car. I don't have to worry about turning hotspot on/off on my phone and draining the battery when I forget. Plus $20 for unlimited hotspot is the icing on the cake.
