Difficulty putting it together. The frame didn't square up, so I wasn't able to use the last shelf properly. To readjust shelves I had to use a hammer to get thrm off. So I chipped the matte paint. I wouldn't buy again.

This was just what I needed. Works perfect in my basement

Was looking for a media stand that was interchangeable but also easily hideable.

The stand I ordered worked out just perfect I'm currently thinking of purchasing a second one for my Bluray and DVD collection.

Did a lot of research before purchasing this item. Definitely happy with the purchase.

It was easy to assemble, but we do recommend 2 people just to keep it all balanced as you add each shelf. We were unable to use the straps to secure it to a wall (only because we didn't want to mar the wall), so we put 2 bricks on the bottom shelf to weigh it down and that works fine.

This is a great lightweight unit. I should have bought the bigger one.

Okay, so 20 YEARS ago i bought two of these in silver, and they've held up so well i bought two more. (in black - silver only avail now in 6ft or taller size) I use them all for storing games and controllers, and they cannot be beaten by any other storage system. They last forever, seriously, 20 YEARS? Are super sturdy, and have a small footprint.. if you're a hardcore gamer looking for storage, you found it. It holds original cartridges, Sega CDs and PlayStation 2 CDS Like a champ.. with the shelving adjustable, you can size to fit it all.. holds new system PS3/4 AND XBOX/360/1X clamshell cases like nobodys business, as well as controllers going back to the VERY beginning.. amazing how many controllers you'll wind up with after 20 years+, holds em all neatly..And if you need to expand in the future, they will still be around.. I see several people complaining the shelves are too many, well. In the past there were less shelves and more dividers, now there's more shelves with the exact amount of dividers at 2 per shelf.. More shelves is the better deal by far.. same price (sans inflation) More shelving is for CD storage aficionados i assume..

This is perfect size for smaller dishes, i work for a daycare so the little bowls and cups easily fits to dry.

This is a nice movie rack but its better if you only use it for blu-ray, so you can get more in it.

Fairly easy to assemble. Could have been easier with better leg side markings & pre-secured shelf stoppers.

Once I put it together with spacing for dvd's, I had a shelf left over and no space to put it. The only way it would work with 8 shelves is for CDS only

If you use this item to store DVDs then you are not able to fit all 8 shelves onto the unit. Only 6 shelves can fit. So for me it was disappointing and irks that I will need to purchase a second one to store the rest of my DVDs.

I've been looking for more CD/DVD shelf systems for the past couple months as I already own the different carbon fiber ones that the stores sell. Ones from Walmart are too cheap and flimsy so I found these units on here. The system looks good on the website and once assembled it has a nice look as well. All of the shelves that came with mine weren't even which detracts a little bit from it. Assembly was relatively painless. Adjustable feet give you flexibility. And it fits in tight locations where you might not have a lot of space. On the other hand, I wish it was deeper. Had to adjust the feet to prop the front up as it tried to fall forward when empty. The unit doesn't feel as sturdy as I was hoping. It's holding fine at the moment without the anchors in the wall but I may end up putting them in. Bought this one as I was considering the larger version of it as well. I think I'll keep this one and look at getting one of the extra large carbon fiber units later on.

The diamensions shown are misleading. That is the floor space required for this storage rack (8" x 26"). The actual size of the shelves is almost 6 inches deep (front to back) by 22 1/2 inches wide. That is usable storage. Nice design and putting it together was fairly easy. Just wish I had ordered a larger size. But I am please with it.

Since all of my other equipment is black, this multimedia shelf fits right in! Since the shelves are adjustable, the can be spaced for CDs or DVDs. They are also very sturdy, once assembled. I would highly recommend these shelves.

Searched for the perfect dvd stand. Came across this one and is perfect. Extremely sturdy. Ordered another one as well. Only thing is when assembling, you need to measure whether you're using blurays or regular dvd's. Only was able to use 7 shelves on one of the stands.

I purchased two of these in an attempt to manage my CD collection. I am very happy with them and intend to purchase a third when my collection gets out of hand again.

It fits the number of cds it promised. I love the adjustable legs for an uneven floor.
