After the overwhelming light-heartedness that characterised the first series of Atlantis, these six episodes of series 2 are something of a shock. Gone is most of the jokiness and in its place is a well-made, dark fantasy with a high body count and superb location filming, with lots of moving scenes. The darker tone started in the last few episodes of the first series and continues apace here. I only wish the BBC could have sprang for some extras or for a 5.1 audio mix.

I started watching this series by buying the 1st season and loved it so much I could't wait to get the second season too....I do wish they wouldn't separate a season into two pieces though....you get half of it sooner, but it costs more in the long run than buying it all together.If you really want it it's worth it though, I guess.

This was a fun series to watch with family. Dialog fun. First season very light and you get to know the characters, 2nd season a lot more challenges for the characters and much darker, but still very fun to watch.

I have been watching movie as long as I can remember and to this day nothing has change. My greatest flicks are action movies, this movie has got it all, tears laughter and the works, what are you waiting for, go out and get one.

If you love Greek mythology and just mythology in general, Atlantis will take you back in time. It's a great show, and the cast is superb! It is a must watch show from the United Kingdom!

In this show, Atlantis, we see many of the story lines and characters get their opportunity to shine. Without spoiling the show, it is a must watch if you like Greek mythology.

Season One proved much better than I'd expected. Season Two seems to be living up to that promise and still quite good.

Continuing from Season Two Part One, still a pretty good show and living up to the quality of the first half.

This is a good show, though I must admit I liked the first season better than the second.

This movie was good for myth lovers. I did watch it all the way through to the end. The costumes were authentic and I liked the theme.
