I use all the ports and just leave my cables plugged in so they are ready to go when my devices need the refill on their batteries. The included usb c port gives you flexibility to charge all your devices and the QC 3.0 USB port does charge fast as stated.

It has one Quick Charge 3.0 port on it which I use to charge my S8+. I use the other ports to charge various other things like wireless headphones, tablets, battery packs, etc. I would suggest getting smaller cords so you don't have long wires going everywhere.
