I have eliminated everything I could, connected to multiple sound systems (Klipsch The Fives, and Denon AVR-X6700H). Using both internal and external phono amps, and multiple cables. I reseated the cartridge numerous times. No matter what, I get an unacceptable level of noise when turning the volume to a loud (but reasonable) volume.

Upgrading is nice and not expensive

You are basically getting everything you need with spending more money but not spending hundreds. This is a good upgrade if you either have a crosley or lp60

Had to go to the company's website in order to figure out the instructions. Pictures didn't do it for me this time.

I could not recommend this enough. I have had a few turntables in my time and this is easily the best I have had for the price point.
