I might have acehived the same performance from a HDMI cable for less money but I bought it to go with my 1st large HD TV. I took the opprotunity to splurge. While I would recommend it I would alos recommend to research the performance vs price.

These however, should not be overlooked! Designed for maximum performance of HDMI and worth every penny!

One major time I will say is make sure you measure how long you actually need so you can save yourself some dollars.

The cable I purchased supports the best picture my TV is capable of producing.

In this case I did not research-just talked to the guys at BB to see what they had to say. They did not push me to buy this cable but I figured you get what you pay for and this did the job - it wasn't the most expensive, but wasn't the least expensive either. My picture is great now - I'm happy.

Good cable that performs as advertised

I've tried using the old cheaper cable and then swapping out for this new one and I didn't really notice much of a difference, but I am not really a video expert so it could just be I'm not good at seeing the difference.

Geek squad installed the components for me using this cable. From the customer's perspective, it does the job it is supposed to do. The picture and sound signals it passes are fine.
