    I have purchased to of these cables who are connected to two klipsch 10 subs. I only use audio quest cables in my home theatre equipment.

    In order for our Bowers and Wilkins Subwoofer to be at it's best you need the Irish Red Cable

    This was an impulse purchase after having just spent over $1,000 for a subwoofer. It is only for use with subwoofers, it has a ground wire at each end if you can find a place to connect it. It cost close to $100 and I really didn't look at what else would do the job. Did it make a difference? I really don't know. With the volume cranked up and bombs going off it was hard to tell if the output was better by using the top of the line cable.

    These are some of the better cables one can buy. There is no distortion to the sound, very clear. Easy to install, looks neat and professional.

    Cable is thinner than I expected and is thinner than a previous (shorter) AudioQuest cable I purchased for connection to my subwoofer. Also getting hum from the SW with this cable; not sure if it is a cable problem or a grounding issue.
