    I don't know if I needed to invest in these expensive cables but, considering the amount of money I spent on the television, it seemed to make sense to purchase what has been reviewed as the most reliable accessories. I can't tell you if the picture is clearer with these cables and/or if I would lose picture quality by using cheaper cables... The bottom line here is I haven't had any issues with them, so I'm satisfied.
