I bought this cable to replace an old, slower standard speed HDMI cable. the old one probably came with my old TV. New TV is 4K and source was steaming 4K movie. Yes we have the bandwidth and the amount of data being used shows it was 4K. I tried the old HDMI first. the resolution looked pretty much like the old TV did decent and probably good for some people. I did notice that the movement of the peoples mouths were off from the audio. I switched to the new HDMI (audio quest) and man was there a difference in the picture. There was noticeably less motion blur in action scenes and the audio and video seemed to be timed perfectly. Also noticed that the deep blacks and bright whites were significantly better. Especially in dark scenes.

Works as stated. This will allow your cable box to bring picture to tv at almost 4K standards.

This cable delivers great picture from my 4K blu-ray player to the 4K TV. I was skeptical about the length, considering my other HDMI cables were almost twice as long. The cable was the perfect length and less slack means less of a mess to tie up in the back!
