    These appear to be sturdy cables, and should last a long time. Much thicker than a lot of the cheaper HDMI cables on the market. I've had the cheaper cables in the past, and I've had problems with them not lasting.

    I Hate Dealing with EXCESS Cables. If you have a short run, buy a short cable of best quality for the same price as a lesser quality longer cable. Since prices increase with length and quality, why would you do anything else??

    Much more expensive cables. The tech guy recommended this as enough for the other technology we used and what is available (i.e., via cable signals). The picture is perfect on the Ultra TV I bought with this so the $50 saved was Ok with me.

    So, purchased a new computer for the daughter. It needed a HDMI monitor...old monitor wouldn't work. Went to store and had to order the monitor I wanted as the store did not have it in stock. Monitor was shipped, did not have a HDMI cable with it so had to purchase one. This cable was recommended. This one was way too short so we had to return it. I am sure this cable worked fine...I will never know. But it was definitely way too expensive.

    I bought a new 4K Blu-ray and was told I needed to upgrade the HDMI cable. This was on the shelf and was as cheap as the no name and had a decent rating. I will say, it works fine, signal gets through and looks great.
