Essential for Excellent Audio

I was using decent 14-gauge braided speaker wire with Pre-attached banana clips from Crutchfield (basic, decent speaker braided speaker cable). I noticed a very slight improvement in sound with the Crutchfield cables over basic 16-gauge wire. I purchased these AudioQuest Rocket 44 cables for my front L/R channel floor standing speakers (Focal Chorus 716). I was in absolute disbelief the difference these cables make. Details are so much more vibrant, less distortion, better quality, more consistent quality.... I am in awe at the difference these cables make. As far as other variants, I choose middle of the road. My primary retailer recommended the Rocket line over the Type-4 or higher end lines. So I went with the Rocket 44. I recommend visiting the AudioQuest website to read about the differences in the models. I’ve always found with reputable companies, like AQ, you get what you pay for. The difference in sound quality with these cables is remarkable. Absolutely remarkable.

There are always more expensive speaker cables which promise a lot more, and yet the Rocket 44 series can compete with the best of them. All of the AudioQuest interconnects are built well and are worth every penny!
