this is a very cool item to have on your door. There is only a big lag on the setting for when you arrive home for it to unlock automatically and a long connection time when trying to open the door from away.

This is a great option for those who rent. You simply change out the inside latch.

Love the fact I don't need to take my key with me and can lock the door. Would love it more if it had the function to connect to my network so I can check it any time without having to buy the extra accessory.

Remote and local connectivity is patchy and I have good broadband signal and many other devices that work well. This device is constantly offline in my Xfinity app and even in its own app is unavailable about 75% of the time. It is also a racket that you have to purchase a connect bride and a keypad when so many other smartlocks come with those features all-in-one. Overall it is overpriced and underperforms.

I own 2 of these for our Airbnb. It’s a good easy wY for guests to checkin and out.

This Smart lock has multiple options to unlock the door. You can even unlock your door using your iPhone. They did the price matching and gave it to me for $25 less than the normal price.

This lock is great if using with an Apple TV that supports HomeKit because it will let you unlock the door from anywhere. If using August app you will have to use Bluetooth and be near the door to unlock.

Easy installation and setup. Simple to operate. Easy to give a key to a neighbor or friend.

We really like it and added several add on features to get the greatest benefit.

This smart lock is a easy start for a smart home. Don't need many tools to install.

I'll start by saying that I love the quality of the lock and the technical integrations it has (Apple Home). However, the lock just didn't *consistently* work well for me personally. I have a reversed door and it seems like they didn't make the lock work well for that; everything was upside down. You'd think they'd have special instructions. In the spurts when it did work, it was amazing. But often times it was frustrating and was just easier to just unlock the door; very sad as that is not what you want to see for something like this. I say, try it out for your self.

The lock works great and has worked pretty well with Alexa and smart phone. Would have given 5 stars if worked 100% of the time. Sometimes it takes awhile to respond or Alexa says it's busy to respond.

Just got our first home. Its a small older home. One way that has helped with all of the moving and various appointments (gas, cable, etc) has been setting up the smart door. We have a camera so we can see who is at the door, we can communicate with them, let them in - we assigned codes so we know when our family is dropping off items etc. Its been a great way to instantly improve any home.

Very convenient I can lock/unlock my front door from anywhere in the world.
