Overall, a solid device. I wish it would integrate with more devices without needed a connect. Bluetooth connection speed is a bit slow when you open the app.

Nothing fancy. Works fine. Easy to install. Took about 15 minutes. No dead spots in the house. Would recommend.

Deadbolt is perfect for our house. Our door opens up to a wooded area, so it's nice to be able to unlock the door from our car and walk right in. It's also nice to be able to see exactly who has come and gone and at what time. Also offers you the ability to check if your door is locked or unlocked at any time. Awesome!

We love the idea of functionality and being able to walk up to our door and it unlock automatically - what a changer! We must admit that the door should be one that is properly installed because you can run into some issues if it isn't. Other then that installation was a bit tricky but once it's up - it's great!

Overall it is a good lock.It works with apple home kit.But doesn't respond fast.Its an efficient smart lock that tells you whether its locked or open.

It works good. I don't like that you have to buy wifi bridge for it which is not cheap. Wifi bridge is for the lock to work on wifi not only Bluetooth.

Works great, so convenient ...only downfall, is with our specific lock, you have to hold the door shut in order for it to successfully lock

It works great for our needs. Our only little complaint is that it takes a little time to react when connecting through the wifi adaptor.

I bought this to use with my side entrance deadbolt. Unfortunately; after opening the box, I discovered the mechanism was to large. I have a window in this door and the lock would have required cutting the frame of the window in order to fit. Worse yet the lock wouldn't have been able to be mounted with the frame on because the window frame on the door blocked access to the levers required to secure the lock top the door.

At first the lock worked perfectly. Then the connect device started having trouble connecting with the lock and couldn’t control the lock remotely unless you were close by enough to enable Bluetooth. Now the lock doesn’t lock or unlock all the way and it’s sometimes difficult to leave my apt because I am unable to get out the door

I love the smart lock! It's great because once I set it up with my smartphone I was able to set it up for the door to unlock automatically as I approach the door. I don't remember the last time I've had to use my keys.It can also be controlled thru Siri on my phone and my Alexa speaker.

I would have given it 5 stars if the set up was easier and the remote unlock feature didn’t require a bridge/ additional purchase
