Great device but unfortunately it doesn’t fit lever locks so I could only put on certain doors in my house. It clearly states that on box.

Works great but won’t work with apple homekit. Not a deal breaker but shouldn’t be advertised as such. Have to read the fine print. A little louder and slower than expected but works. No problems with the app and even has a widget for easy access without unlocking your phone.

This is amazing! One touch Unlock option right from My phone. Connected with the keypad Unlock option on the door, just incase I'm on the phone without internet access. The door lock handle has a more regular feel with this upgrade which is amazing because with the old model, all my guest would look at the door like "how do I get out your door"... I guess Smart Locks are for Smart People... lol

The main benefit of this door lock is that it works with existing handles & doesn’t require much to install it. It links well with Google Home as long as you purchase the wireless adaptor. It is a bit noisy when it operates but I don’t lock/unlock my door many times per day.

This lock installed very easily. Once installed, the software setup in the app etc. was very simple and straightforward. I have had no issues with the bluetooth connection when unlocking from my phone. I paired it with the keypad as well and it has worked flawlessly while feeling premium.

This is the entry level of smart locks, but a great one it is. The only negative thing is that it's not compatible with Apple Homekit and that it's smart function with Alexa is not working in PR. Other than that, it is highly recommended.

I like that I can walk up to the door and it unlocks for me as im driving up my driveway. its wonderful. the reason it only got 4 stars is bc u can't have 2 locks automatically open and u have to buy a bridge for every lock u buy. I have 2 on my front door now and only one can be set up at a time to auto unlock as I drive in. so now I have to pull out my phone so I can unlock the 2nd lock on my front door. ANNOYING!!! also, it was difficult to set up Alexa to open the door lock when I added the 2nd lock. don't be fooled, u can't just add whatever name u want to the door for her to open it. customer service hadn't had this problem before so it took us a while to realize Alexa can only understand a few choices. door and back door are easy for her to understand. customer service gets 5 stars and they answer the phone quickly.

Love this lock! When I get home it’s great to have my door unlock automatically so that I don’t have to fumble with my keys.

Easy install, opens easily through app. Auto Unlock’s when you get close if you choose to, and you phone Bluetooth is on. Side effect: you can track who opened the phone with the app, or time stamps of manual unlocks

Nice options for set up. Good guide for install. Nice when door automatically unlocks, however it's not reliable. Sometimes it unlocks sometimes not. Bad connection issue.

The lock is a vast improvement over the older model. It works very well with the keypad.

Not well suited to applications with windows like our back door. Installation requires these little levers to come out on sides which doesn’t bode well if there is any raised trim near the Deadbolt lock mechanism hole above the latch hole in most doors. To install, I had to basically remove my rear window pane grid and glass panes by unscrewing all the trim and removing, then installing and replacing all that trim and glass pane work only to have this lock fail less than 30 days later. Advanced Troubleshooting requires removing which I don’t wanna ever go through all that with the door again so I just disconnected it and it’s basically a very expensive, very bulky latch lock deadbolt. This one worked only slightly better than the first August lock I had which was Junk and I got this one because I had heard it was better…but it’s junk too. Thought it would be good for wife to Auto Unlock for helping when she comes in carrying groceries or later if it’s dark so we don’t have to fumble keys. Now, I just wish I would have never messed with it. I Will likely never go with August again after too many lemon products (2x in a row is enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth, especially after all the trouble I went through for my particular installation situation).

My second august lock. Almost everything required to install comes in the box and detailed instructions to boot. Makes lost key a thing of the past and removes the stress of accessing your home when you have to be somewhere else

Slowly but surely I have been converting my home to a smart home. I recently purchased this lock because I wanted to avoid the dreaded locking myself out situation. I also liked the idea of sending virtual keys to guests that I can have expire whenever I want. So far I can not complain about this product. It has functioned as expected without hiccups. I would have liked a model with built-in wifi capabilities but that would have been the icing on the cake. A big plus for me was I did not have to change the exterior lock hardware so only I know there is a smart lock lurking behind the door.

I picked this as this did not require me to replace my existing door hardware. This simply replaces the inside piece of the door handle, and comes with everything you will need to make it work with your existing lock. No need to replace keys, locks or losing the ability to use keys if you still like that. I have had it on for almost 6 months and no issues. Battery has held up so far without needing to be replaced. It uses BT so you can only lock or unlock within a short distance from your home and requires a WIFI bridge (additional $$) if you want the ability to work it from anywhere. I did not add a bridge and haven't needed to have access to unlock or lock my door from far away. Highly recommended product.

This lock is awesome! Super easy to installation . It has all they features I wanted. I love being able to walk up to my door and it automatically unlocks without doing anything! I don't know how we ever lived without this.

Paired with the August Doorbell, this makes it easier than ever to open the door for visitors. The temporary access feature also makes it better than handing out copies of keys to anyone. Great peace of mind!

This is by far the best smart lock I’ve purchased. I’ve tried the Schlage smartlock as well as the Kwikset Kēvo smart lock. This along with the connect hub and the smart keypad blows the other locks out of the water. If you’re seriously considering purchasing a smart lock, you won’t be disappointed with this one.

The refrigerator is all we could have asked for, I took a chance and ordered this brand new model site unseen. We love how spacious and quiet this is, the only flaw that we've found is the lack of light when selecting ice, water, or crushed ice. Besides the one flaw we have been very happy with the refrigerator.
