The app is very easy to use. Setup was simple. Love using this product to track the use of our door.

I previously purchased this for my parents house and installed it easy with no complications. However when I purchased for my own condo, I learned that my single cylinder door wasn't compatible because the center piece that is supposed to connect to the lock came out with my door lock when I removed it.

I had company come in from out of town and was able to unlock the door remotely so they were able to go in and make themselves comfortable!! I then sent them an invite through the app so they were able to lock and unlock the door themselves. This lock has such great features and settings that makes it a great asset to any home. So happy I made this purchase...

My wife and I purchased this because with our cars being keyless it was a no brainer. So now instead of my wife fumbling through her bag while she has the kids school bags or groceries. She can easily open the door with out the extra step of finding the keys. I also like it because now I can tell if the kids left the door open or unlocked.

I really like this product. Combine with the August wifi bridge. It's one of the best smart door locks on the market. It was geo fencing that will unlock your doors when you enter the area, auto unlock when you approach the door and timed lock when you forget to lock the door.

My wife and I love this lock! It works perfectly with out Google home. We also bought the August Hub and Keypad and love all three! The keypad makes it easy when we leave our phones at home to walk the dogs. It also makes it easy to let friends and family into our home when we're not there. We definitely recommend these products!

This smart lock is very simple to install but the Pro model is much nicer looking and aesthetically pleasing. However at $100 this was a great price and not worth the upgrade if you simply want to lock and unlock via Bluetooth.

This had made life so much easier for me. When I get sick and need people to check on me I don’t have to get up, and if I’m away I can remotely let people in to check on my dog. Love it!

I’d hope in the future it could work with a alarm system to open automatically with Alexa and lights on for first responders

Works great. It can be a little slow to unlock when you get home sometimes, but it seems to always work. To me the plus is the fact that you don’t have to change your entire lock out, which makes it easy to install and setup.

I bought this for my sis and bro-in-law. They bought a new house and I wanted to help them with some security. Just a month ago they accidently locked themsemves out and so getting one of these for them made sense. So far my sis loves it and can’t thank me enought for getting this for them to use.

The lock itself is good to great. Minimal fuss to install. Fit well with original deadbolt. But the app could use some work. Tried to get my wife included on her smartphone but no deal just a text sent enter the code then back to original page. Every update means the lock will not auto open all the time, maybe %85. The user interface could also be improved. The keychain page needs to be opened by touching the stripe that says xxx’s house. I didn’t figure that out at first. I am hoping that the app will improve with time as I do like the lock a lot.

Got it for a beach apartment (we rent ir through the Airbnb app), and it has been great. The apartment is about 3 hours away from home, so habing this lock is very convenient. To change the entry pin remotely we also got the Key Pad and the Wifi hub, both from August.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to install and how well it operates. It's a solid construction and performs as advertised. I do recommend the Connect WIFI bridge…I'm not sure how useful it is without WIFI connectivity—at least it wasn't for me.

This smart lock works like a charm. The app that goes with it started off shaky, but since the updates it works perfectly. The battery usually lasts about 6-8 months which is sufficient enough for my uses. Price is fair.

You will never forget to lock your door again. Works great. No issues with it. Sometimes I do wish it had a feature to not lock right away especially when you just running out real quick but overall good.

Good idea to be able to save on the purchase of new hardware. This works with any deadbolt that does not have a double key system. Easy to install and the app works well with it. Price was right when first advertised but has since risen.

I bought this when I hired our nanny. It’s perfect, she doesn’t need a key and uses the app. I love this product! I love August. Super easy to use. The only thing i don’t like is the cover for the battery easy comes off, otherwise it’s great.
