Old House, Smart Door

One way that has helped with all of the moving and various appointments (gas, cable, etc) has been setting up the smart door. We have a camera so we can see who is at the door, we can communicate with them, let them in - we assigned codes so we know when our family is dropping off items etc. Its been a great way to instantly improve any home.

August Makes Great Products

Shame that they've only released a product that works via deadbolt because I'm not able to use on my main house front door BUT if you have a traditional deadbolt style door I believe August is the best on the market. (I've not actually installed the doorbell cam yet, but loving the lock)
