    This doorbell has been nothing but connection problems from the beginning. From having to take it off to reset it so it will reconnect to the network, to it’s choppy video and audio makes me think they were a decade away from ready to release this crappy thing.

    Poor WiFi and connection issues

    Keeps dropping wifi connection and very slow to respond. Support told me it was my wifi but clearly it isn't. I also ended up putting an extension to improve wifi if that was the case and even though the extender is right next to the doorbell still have same issues and poor connection. It definitely needs a better wifi antenna. Have yet to get video to work or if it does its way too late and same issue with dropping connections. Thinking of going back to my old doorbell till this is fixed. My previous door bell was ring and never had this issue. Overall very unsatisifed with this product.

      We checked into your ticket and see that the Doorbell Cam is receiving a very low Wi-Fi signal, this would be the cause of the video feed issue as well as the slowness to respond.

    Complete Garbage

    The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I had to to be ale to give it a rating. I would NOT recommend this ANYONE!! Complete garbage, poor directions, cheaply built, and bad video. I thought maybe I could find another use of it like maybe a door wedge but thought to myself, $200 for a door wedge is a tad on the high side. Speaking of high, you have to be high if you think this is a good product.

    no wifi signal

    support told me i needed to add a wifi bridge for better performance. I have three wifi APs in my house, one is no more than 15 feet away from my doorbell. The device needs a much stronger WIFI antenna to work.

      Sorry to hear this. Wi-Fi signal strength has a lot of factors that influence it - from other Wi-Fi products to material that walls are made of. We do see switching to a 2.4 ghz network VS a 5 ghz network improves a lot of customers signal. Our support team is happy to work with you to figure out ways to get a better signal outside your home.     Did not work as advertised

    Installed the door bell, could not get it to configure. Called August support and they told me it had some problems. Got it working but the video was slow and the audio did not work. Returned the product that day.
