The unit works great we have fresh, cold and hot water. Its a easy set up and looks great in the kitchen. The cold water button is a bit tough and sometimes a-lot of water doesn’t come out. Over all its a great unit.

It is a nice water dispenser, it makes some weird noise when it’s cooling I believe it’s kind of loud but ok her than that it works well and nice water temoeturez.

Does leave a bit of water when the gallon is finished but not to big of a deal. Was super easy to set up water temperatures work great.

I have not had it long, but this machine was easy to set up and easy to get out of the body. I followed the instructions, but I also ran a gallon of water through before we connected our actual water. The temperatures are awesome. I like it better than my last water dispenser. It has a spigot for each temperature of water. My last one did not. If anything changes, I will edit my review.

Good product at a good price. Easy set up. Cold water is cold and hot is sufficiently hot.

Its a water dispenser a loud buzzing sound when it cools the water. But i do love the straight pump middle button. I seem to use that often when i dont want cold water. To me its worth the price and you get used to it. Btw the night light may not be for everyone as it looks like a flashlight aimming at the floor.

Works well. The machine is a bit noisy when running. I do however think its very easy to use and my family loves it

We like the water cooler for it has 3 settings- hot, normal and cold. We don’t have to use the microwave nor the fridge for this purpose. It serves its purpose and of good quality.

I absolutely love this! I used to have a top loader and this bottom load water dispenser is awesome! Its so easy to use and i love how it hides the water jug!

Excellent water dispenser. Changing the bottles is quick and easy. And the different temperature options is nice to have.

works great - easy setup - slim size - minimal noise cooling

I was slightly concerned about buying this water cooler because of the reviews I read about the noise it makes. But, I've been extremely pleased with it. It's actually very quiet. I don't notice any noise at all. The look is very sleek and matches our kitchen appliances. Set up was extremely easy. We were going through at least a case of bottled water a week. This has been an excellent substitute for bottled water.

I like this water machine, it does most things good. It makes good hot tea, cold and not cold water. I’m really impressed with this. I’m not happy that it leaves about a quarter of amount of water in the jug. It will not suck out all the water no matter what I try.

We used to buy cases of bottled water, but it was super wasteful. So we got one of these and so far so good. I really like that it's a bottom-loading type, as the bottles themselves are a bit of an eyesore. Now we have fresh cold water any time. I don't use the hot water side as much (only for oatmeal) but when I do, it's perfectly hot.

Great water dispenser. Easy to operate and very sleek.

I've had a top loading water cooler for many years. When my old one gave out, I decided to try a bottom loading cooler (it's a big chore to lift a bottle and place it on a top loading cooler). So far, so good. Easy set-up. Cold water is cool compared to the top loading version. However, the cold water temperature is still good - refreshing. My only concern is how sturdy the dispenser buttons will be over time. They seem a little flimsy and require a more forceful depression of the button than the top loading dispenser buttons did.

Great option to own instead of renting it from sparklettes water. One time payment and be done Cooks water and dispenses it hot.

Great choice for a standard water dispenser. Cold and hot work very well. Very simple to use and operate and not to big or clunky
