I bought this Avalon about a month ago. It was easy to put together. The tray was a lille tricky to put on at first but if you are having a hard time putting it you are probably putting it wrong. It snacks easily into place when you get it right. I love the hot water and the cool water. Also, I love how easy it is to load you water bottle. I could have give this 5 stars if I had longer.

Love are water dispenser easier for my wife to load the water and dont have to wait for me and the water gets really cold not like my old one

This is the quietest water dispenser we've ever had. The cold water is very cold and the hot water is boiling hot! This is the 4th water dispenser we've had and the second bottom loading type, and I can say it's definitely the best. It's truly worth the money and for the quality you get. I really recommend it.

first of all i love the fact that u can turn off the hot and cold water feature on the brochure it says that cold water takes 15 minutes and hot up to an hr (if you are wondering) we dont use hot so i have it switched off, it has a warning light that tells you when your out of water the 5gal slides righr in with out any problem, i dont not here any noise only when i replace the bottle and it sucks up the water but the noise is extremely low, the push buttoms are on top and it has hot, room temp, cold. it also has a switch for a small led light for at night i would prefer for that to come on when you are getting water but nothingbis perfect.

Great design and usage. Easy to use and fits in our dining room seamlessly. Highly recommend if looking for budget-friendly option.

This is so far the best water cooler i have seen, very easy to change the water, my kids now can do it too. Im enjoying tea time anytime. It is a little bit noisy but doesnt bother me at all.

Cold water cold, hot water hot! Bottom load is so easy. I only wish that the lid on the bottle snapped in or was better secured. Maybe I'm not doing it right but it works.

It's a really nice product .. I like it a lot .. the cold water is really cold and the hot well it works really good .. vthe only thing I didnt like is that one day I try putting water and it started spilling a lot of water and a few hoses got damage and we call the company and they told us they dont sell parts , that they recomended us to buy a new one , that they'll give us a %40 discount... I mean I thought they could sell parts incase something gets damage but i guess they dont...

Arrived late but still satisfied. No dents or damage. Has turn on and off button for hot and cold. Easy to load and clean.

It fits just right in our home an fits Our Family Needs nice for ice water for the summer heat and room temp when we needed an hot for when we want a cup of java right away. Compact with 3 types of temps. Loving my Avalon water machine.

I have had it for a couple of weeks now and don’t have an issue with it . I know some people said it was Loud but it’s not an issue for me honestly don’t hear it .It fits neatly in my kitchen and we love it for making tea also
