I use the Bluetooth headset working from home. It stays charged for a 10-hour work shift. I can always hear clearly, but sometimes they can't hear me clearly. That can be due to weak signals in my home office. It's not noise canceling. I have had many headsets that I had to return. It syncs easily to my cell phone.
