Im new to flying and this drone is 100% the way to learn with a quality but affordable way to start. Easy to hook up, easy to fly, and by far one of the best visual experiences you'll ever have.

This drone is Amazing!! Straight out of the box it was easy to setup and fly. For novice drone pilots to future drone pilots who’ve never flown; this drone can be picked up and flown within 5 min of getting used to the motion controller. It creates great 4K content that is easily edited using software like iMovie. I am incredibly impressed with range, quality of build and the image this drone produces. It is a def have for anyone who may be on the fence. If you feel like you want this drone, get it!; because it won’t let you down!! :)

Awesome drone, Motion control is easy to learn and fun. Sports mode is sweet. Will need a dji controller if you want to unlock full potential though

As an experienced FPV pilot, I knew the Avata wasn’t designed as a replacement for custom built freestyle or racing drones. What the Avata does is bring a mix of cinewhoop flying with DJI’s smart features from their camera drones. Video and signal quality are excellent. The motion controller is very simple to use, and should be great for any first time flyers. I hope BestBuy has more batteries in stock soon along with the FPV controller.

The DJI Avata is a phenomenal FPV drone. Ease of use, picture, and video capabilities, and the new goggles 2, are all great attributes!

Seems good so far but I’m still trying to get used to the motion control. No issues with it but be aware it doesn’t support video transfer from drone to iPhone even with the SD card in it.

I've wanted this since it came out and I decided to get myself a little Christmas present! It's full of great features, durable and fun to fly. The onboard video stabilization is a useful option and of course the guarded props make it a lot safer to fly in proximity to people & pets, as well as inanimate objects. Overall it's a very different aircraft than the DJI FPV, though it is manual/acro capable it is not nearly as nimble or powerful. Which is OK. This is a cinewhoop, designed for more sedate flight. The motion controller is fun to use. My S.O. actually told me it's HER drone after flying it with the motion controller. We shall see. I may need to buy another Avata and bind it to my spare V2 goggles ;)

Great Product! The headset is amazing. The drone is a little louder than the mini 3 pro but the headset makes flying and navigating so much easier than the traditional remote screen.
