    This is my second eBike and it is amazing! It’s my turquoise “motorcycle”. I ride it essentially every day on long rides and the battery stays full. It’s so comfortable and easy to use. I love love love it.

    The box came opened and appeared to have been a returned item. It was missing paperwork as well, There was 5 star on Customer Service however. The Kennesaw store accepted the return without issue. If Best Buy is selling returned or damaged items, Best Buy should make the buyer aware. Again the return was excellent but the product itself was not as expected
