    It was easy to install. PC is still slow and would like to talk to someone regarding my concerns. The only way you can communicate is by email.

    This is a great alternative when i went into BB and there was no longer a Norton product to purchase I chose this as thinking "cheap" alternative but am pleasantly surprised!

    I bought item due to a virus on my computer, Customer Service and down load continue to try to sell you an upgrade. I've had a few weeks and haven't been too thrilled with my purchase.
