I was born in 1985 so I have a spiritual connection with these movies. I had owned the 30th Anniversary Edition Blu-Ray before this purchase and felt like these were a real upgrade over those. Universal Pictures has been releasing some of the best 35mm 4K UHD transfers and this just adds to the list. Plus, you’re getting an awesome set of Steelbooks to house them in. The packaging is really nice and separates each book from the others. Loads of extras on each 4K disc and an additional bonus features Blu-ray as well. I never hesitated to buy this set and I wouldn’t sleep on it if I were you!

This looks fantastic on my oled cx tv. I am really happy. Im so glad I didn't buy the 2015 verision as these steelbooks are nicer. I loved how universal released the films in separate cases. What was also icing on the cake was that the box had some small dividers attach at the top. This of course prevent your steelbooks from crashing with one another as you remove them from the box. Im really happy with choosing best buy to order my collectibles as they never disappoint me. If you are a fan of Back To The Future, then this set will not disappoint you.

Back to the Future is an all-time classic. It is one of the greatest comedy syfy of the 80s but it is also a very smart film. This 4k remaster improved the quality of the picture, I absolutely love it! Each film looks fantastic, the audio is also pretty good. The steel book collection is also very special, when you align all the steel books in order it creates the Delorean. Overall this is a great set for a fan of these movies, definitely worth the buy. And if you can try and get the steel book version; it looks great in and out of the box.

First of all, I love love love having the whole Back To The Future trilogy in 4K. The prints for all three films look gorgeous! The extras are nice to have, and it's cool that this set contains three separate steelbooks. Now, for the disappointing parts of this set. The paper box holding it all together is pretty flimsy, and the part most likely to get damaged during shipping. Wish this was made of more solid cardboard instead. The other negative, was that I thought the menus for the 4K discs were pretty bland (was sure the menus would be more dynamic & animated for the 35th anniversary release). Also, while the artwork on the steelbooks themselves is awesome, the photoshopped image on the cardboard box is terrible, the image they used just barely looks like Michael J Fox. But the movies are so much fun, I'd still recommend fans check out this exclusive Best Buy release.

While I dislike the cardboard case that holds the steelbook, this is still a five star review without a doubt! Gorgeous steenboks that, as shown in the photos, form one large picture coupled with 4k releases of all the movies! I admit, I only think the first one is a classic, and the other two are... what they are, but they are a ton of fun, and it's one of the very rare series of films that can actually be watched in one single evening without ever getting bored or tired of it. Worth every penny!

Oh man what can i say I've been waiting for this movie to hit 4k ever since I upgraded my TV and blu ray player to 4k and i have to say i am not disappointed at all because the transfer looks amazing its like watching a all new movie specially if you have Dolby Vision also if you have a Dolby Atmos system it sounds amazing they did really good restoring this movie its the best it will ever look plus the steelbooks and packaging is beautiful specially if your a collector

Great SteelBook set! Movies are awesome! The picture and sound are better than ever! Kudos to Best Buy for catering to us Home Theater and movie collector enthusiasts who will not settle for streaming with their SteelBook and Best Buy exclusive editions! Also... For their amazing fast shipping and handling! I ordered this movie set and two video games late at night, and I had them delivered by the following morning! That's faster than Amazon!

Where do I start?? The Steelbooks are in PERFECT condition and the artworkis beautifulon each of them. I love how they separated them by dividers so that they wouldn't rub against each other and be scratched! The 4K looks great on each movie, and of course the movies are classics! They are all good movies in their own way, and I believe that EVERYONE should watch them at least once. This collection is a MUST HAVE! 10/10!

Not only is this one of the best comedies where each film in the trilogy is unique but the presentation is top notch. The pictures of the steel book packaging doesn't do it justice. The art is so cool and amazing since it is so reflective of each film and different but also looks great side by side. There is cool art on the back and inside. You get all the special features released before and a new bonus disc in the 3rd set. Must have!

Fantastic Set I had been waiting so long to have Back To The Future 1-3 on 4k when I saw the announcement I pre-ordered right away. I have to say am very happy not only are the picture and sound excellent but there are tons of extras the Steelbooks are so beautiful too. I might pick up the other set later or if they release the films individually. I highly recommend picking up this steel book set they are not going to last very long.

Great Scott this was worth it. I was on the fense of getting this but then I said what they heck I’ll get it since the first back to the future is one of my favorite films. So I got my copy but for some reason one of the discs wasn’t there for the first film and the digital copy code wasn’t there either. But luckily I called the store and they were able to give me a new copy that had the complete discs and code. So I’m 100% satisfied

So excited to add this fantastic Best Buy Exclusive 4K steelbook box set to my collection!! This is one of my all time favorite trilogies! Box that holds steelbooks is made of basic cardboard material, nothing too sturdy. The steelbooks themselves look great! The artwork is fantastic. Each steelbook had a portion of the car and looks awesome when displayed!

Great films, great 4k quality, beautiful steelbooks. BUT BEWARE FOR DAMAGE I had to return this item twice due to damage. CHECK YOUR SETS BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. The first was smashed ( i got it through curbside pickup), had to return that. The second looked fine but when opening Part 2, the steelbook split in two. Third time was the charm.

Watched the entire series again after it came out in 4K HDR and the movies really stand the rest of time. So much fun and a great time for the whole family. The print is gorgeous and really pops in 4K. It’s so much fun to see the cartoonish future in part 2 and the Wild West of part 3 is a rollicking good time. The original, of course, is a classic for all time. Well worth getting and is a must-own for anyone’s 4K library.

Back to The Future Trilogy is back and better than ever on 4K. Ranking the movies from best upgrades: Back To The Future 3, Back To The Future 2 and then the original. That's not to say that any upgrade is not good. Picture is better. The sound is immaculate. This collector's edition steelbook is a great addition to any collection. In-depth special features with a few new ones to delve into.

I've enjoyed these movies for years, and this new 4K set is really great. The images really pop and the sound is amazing. I decided to get the steelbook, and am glad I did. Really nicely made and design looks great. I'm always amused at the flying cars and other "modern" devices in the second movie, which is set in 2015. Oddly, no one has cell phones (maybe an "alternative timeline"?). A lot of fun to watch.

I have bought every box set ever released for this film and I have to say I am amazed at the quality of artwork and design that went into this steelbook. It is absolutely stunning for any collector or just for the non steelbook collector who loves these movies just the same. The movies themselves are stunning updated to 4k. You can really tell the difference in the special effects.

First off the steelbooks are nice. Instead of a glossy finger print magnet it is a nice and smooth matte finish. Beautiful artwork that makes for a great showpiece. As for the video and audio quality. It's good but not excellent. More overall detail. The colors are very lifelike. It is a noticable upgrade over the old 1080p blu-ray. However they're not as good as they could be. Some DNR is applied to hide the grain but with that comes loss of detail. Part 3 especially is not as sharp looking as the first two films. The audio while active is also not the best mix it could be for a surround sound setup. Don't get me wrong the sound is active and has punch when the lightning kicks in. It is also evident not as much effort was put into the sound of Part 3.

BTTF is one of the greatest movies ever made... and it's in 4K... and it comes with a bunch bonus features... and in awesomely designed steelbook cases... what more do you want? (I know, you want the Eric Stoltz footage, but don't we all). So grab your copy of the 35th Anniversary edition before the 40th Anniversary edition comes out and you have to buy that too.

Stunningly beautiful steel books! The set together looks amazing. I threw away the cardboard they are housed in and just display the steel books by themselves. The picture quality is far beyond anything I have ever seen for Back to the Future. They finally got this one right!
