We are new to 3-D printing and just took a chance on this filament because it seemed like it would be cool. Well, it sure was! It has turned out to be our favorite. The quality seems good and it looks great! We just ordered more and I’m pretty sure this one is going to be a regular for us!

Good solid PLA, color is gold metallic but a bit more cool toned than real gold. Works well in the AMS with PLA basic settings. Photo of swatch shows results straight out of the package with Bambu A1 default settings, showing it needs to be dried first for a perfect print but it's close as is depending on the demands of the model. This swatch test challenges all my filaments, and this filament comes out better than most pre-drying.

Absolutely love the way the marble prints, it looks super cool on all the models I've made so far. Surprisingly my favorite filament to use right now. The marble effect makes the print lines blend a bit smoother visually.

Forgiving to work with. Good for models/figures but use caution with structural stuff from what I’ve seen so far.

I like this matte color. I printed a space shuttle solid rocket booster with it just last night.

I printed some bust statues of my late grandparents that I generated in a tool in Bambu Studio and they turned out great. They made a great gift for my mother who misses her parents dearly. The marble look and matte feel of the material is great for this!

When you are doing 48 hour plus prints you want to get the best results possible and Bambu filament does just what the doctor ordered

Great filament. The RFID makes configurations simple.

For Bambu printer owners, always a solid choice. The Bambu Studio profile always gives good results. The colored flecks are a big visual upgrade over plain white filament.

I picked up this filament to be used in my Bambu Lab P2S via AMS 2 Pro. The package arrived in the normal vacuum sealed package with a silica pack. The filament felt like the other top popular brands (Overture, Elegoo, etc) but better because it has a RFID so you dont have tell the AMS what color or type of filament is installed. Here is a tip, once the spool is fully used, remove the RFID sticker so you can stick it to other aftermarket brads for AMS detection. I printed the usual Benchy to test the speed and quality while using a .4 nozzle. The print quality was consistent and produced smooth layers throughout the test print. It fed through my AMS and printer easily and maintained a very stable extrusion without stringing using the default settings for Bambu filament. Bending it slightly back and forth did not crack, and it didn't feel brittle. Bed adhesion was strong and consistent from start and end. Overall, this PLA filament was easy to use and is equivalent to other brands out there. However, there are other name brands out there that are priced less than this filament at their current pricing.

This is very similar to marble in appearance. It prints well and the price is the same as any other PLA filament by Bambu. I would like to see this in a granite color combo.

Bambu PLA Metal filament is the perfect accent filament. I printed three DnD dice cases with craved ruins from Maker World. The ruins were inset into the boxes and I use this filament for Ruins. This not printed and bonded to the PLA Wood filament but made the whole design pop. All my kids are adults so it is hard to impress them. All them and their spouses loved the boxes and were really impressed with the shimmering effect the Bambu PLA Metal added to the print. I highly recommend this filament as an addition to multi colored prints.

(Not sponsored, no referral, genuine review) Could be a little shinier but still good. BestBuy’s pricing is great as it matches bambu’s but with much faster shipping. I’m in Hawaii so with Bambu I have to pay an extra $55 in shipping no matter what- for others, just depends if it’s cheaper on the manufacturer’s site and worth the wait. BestBuy’s presence in the 3D print world is pleasantly surprising. I’ve ordered so much filament and supplies from bestbuy recently that I’m pretty sure the FedEx guy is starting to hate me. Insignia’s filament is also really good for the price. The selection is limited but I will keep bestbuy as my supplier if they continue expanding this and keeping fair pricing. Personal Tip: Bambu’s RFID is very convenient. If you have other generic brands that have the same print settings, attaching the RFID to that spool can be convenient. Although, I’m sure there are 100 warnings not to but… just depends on you and your filament .

It hasn't been tangled. the color is nice. It gave me a good first print.
