This series is prolly the best miniseries I have ever seen its better then every movie but one,I highly recommend this series to anyone and everyone it shows the bond of brotherhood through war and other troublesome times, just go out and buy it right now.....seriously your missing out

Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks are one of the best at war movies if not the best today. This movie is based on events from the real men who fought their hearts out across Europe. You will laugh and cry with these men on their journey to help ending the worst wars of all time.

This is an awesome DVD set. This is a very well put together set. The cinamatography, and plot put you right there in the ranks with Easy Company and you find yourself feeling what they felt, the fear, the joy, and the pain. Highly recommended for WWII history buffs.

I can't recommend this box set more! I received this as a gift and didn't think I'd like it. This is awesome! The storylines are captivating, the cinematography is superb, and the directing is of course the best. Wonder why it won all of the awards? There is a reason...

Band of Brothers is the best depiction of World War II to date. The involved story goes beyond a simple historical rendition and delves into the lives of the soldiers who fought and died. Their brotherhood and dependence on each other is the foundation of the film.

As far as any WWII movie or TV show is concerned, this is the best one ever made. It's 10 hours so there is much more entertainment than a 2 hour movie and it's done by Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg so you know it's great quality. Buy this box set.

Any history lover will enjoy this series. The best part is that it is narrated by the heroes who lived through this experience. Very moving.

This movie series describes in great detail the lives of Easy company. The people have great accouts of thier duty. The series talks to some of the men that are still alive and had input into the making of the movie.

Great Series about the 101st. Theres so much to see here. Great acting, action, drama, sound. I finally got my hand on this and havent let go. Definitely recommended for those history buffs and movie goers alike.

Great writing, acting, cinematography, incredible dts soundtrack... If you are a history buff or just enjoy war movies then this series is for you. I would buy it again twice at double the price.

I missed this when the series aired on HBO and tho $50 was a lot to pay, it was actually worth it. This is an amazing series and #2 on my personal favorites list...right after "The Wire".

not a better movie series out there. I would not watch this with kids around as it is very graphic and hard to explain to a child ... but by far the best series i have ever seen

great depiction of ww2 and its american warriors. fantastic story based on real events and characters. you will feel like this is a vvery true showing of the war.

I have this DVD, I've watched it a few times. it is pretty long. I really like the sound and picture quality. Great camera work on this film series.

Seen it on HBO and missed a couple and had to get this. The film follows troops through training camp to the end, whether they make it thru or not.

Very well written and the acting was top notch. The commentaries by the men who are being portrayed in the series is an added bounus.

A great film that really gives a lot of historical insight while being very entertaining at the same time. An all around great film.

This is an amazing war movie, probably one of the best collections ever made, and it is a must buy for any action or war movie lover.
