I bought it and return back after two days, it’s pricy just because of the brand bluetooth connection is very bad need more than 5 min to syncup with iphone, every time need to open the app and do the sync up, it required update tooks aroubd 25 min to complete.

starting off with very hard to connect to devices have to constantly reset to factory setting to connect if works after 30minutes you give up a lot of times and use my bose qc buds no problems if you can get it working cuts in out so that’s frustrating when it does work sounds are very good that’s a plus only now support tried to use my warranty of 3yrs they give frustrating with there service also after numerous contacts no fix in site was suppose to send in for repair but they stopped contacting me when i was suppose to get shipping label and has stopped answering so this company is just garbage service turns out to be a big waste of money don’t buy from this company

Very good earbuds, use for commute or home listening. Very good product

No good for anything, I have a problem with the pencil type buds staying in my ear so if you do, don’t waste your money. Horrible sound quality as well, people constantly complained they couldn’t hear me during phone conversations. The battery life is disgusting, I wear one at a time, the one bud lasted like 3 hours, not good enough for me.

Great sound, a little tough to figure out the pairing at first, but now it is flawless. Love these and they fit better than any of the other wireless ear buds I’ve used.

Not worth the $400 price tag. I am very disappointed. I mean, they sound fine. But not 4 time the price of their competitors better. I wish i would have stuck with the beats.

Great for music. Battery life is a bit less than other ear buds. Fairly comfortable as well

These are the best true wireless earbuds I've ever owned.

My son did research to find the best wireless headphones for his dad’s Christmas present, and we chose these based on that research and customer reviews. No doubt, we are very happy with our decision to get the Bang & Olufsen brand. The earbuds are comfortable to wear and the sound is crisp and clear. My husband loves them and they’re well worth the extra money.

Best sound of any true wireless earbuds out there. Lackluster ANC, broken connectivity when using two devices (tried multiple pairs, zero issues with other earphones). Useless support; asking same questions over and over, ignoring the very detailed replies. Too expensive to be so problematic, not ready for prime time.

The audio quality is great but the glass piece over the logo is a terrible design for something like this. I bought this as a gift for my son and while wearing them, one fell out and hit the ground and the glass cover shattered. Though it doesn't seem to have an effect on the audio quality, it's highly annoying that there are materials on this that can shatter so easily. For as much as they cost, they should be designed in a way that this can't happen/use materials that don't shatter.

Borrowed my friends pair for a day and they are awesome lightweight and comfortable with the comply tips that are included wondering when best buy will have in stock so i can purchase my own

They started off pretty good although they are difficult to pair for the first time. After a year of moderate use they no longer hold a charge and they hold a charge unevenly so they are always going out at different times.

Sound quality is excellent. In ear fit is secure. They are exactly what I was searching for.

Watch many videos about these earbuds, now im just waiting for them to restock please hurry and restock lol
