WELL I BOUGTH THIS FOR MY DAUGTHER AND SHE LOVED IT

I ordered 3 of these for my granddaughter who wanted the pink series not the green. I paid Extra for overnight delivery and all three of them are green. I contacted company and all they said was that styles may vary. That’s true for each series because you don’t know what exact doll you’re getting until you put them in water. You could get two of the same exact dolls but, the series your buying shouldn’t vary. On every other online store you know exactly what color tube you are getting. I believe this is a way for Best Buy to get rid of the green ones that most people don’t want. If they want to say series vary they should have a picture of both color tubes. I don’t think they even give the pink at all because I’ve read a lot of reviews and a lot of people are getting only green.

The product I was sent was the food series. I anticipated the original series as displayed in the picture. I was told by customer service that it states styles may vary, which is understandable being it is a blind bag type of toy. But styles and series are two different things. Please advertise the specific product I’d you’re selling. Once we opened the container the dolls head was completely broken off. So it was a lose lose, very disappointing to my child on her birthday.
