No variety, no 'glitz' like pictured

I did not expect to get 4 different dolls, but I did expect to not get 4 of the same. Not only did I get all 4 the same, it was not any of the 'gltz' ones pictured as options, and I went through all the pictures. These were very plain and boring. I see another review with a picture showing the same version I received. I will be posting my picture as well so you can see what you will probably get.

Not what I ordered!!

The dresses were quite plain, nothing like advertised. Had to return this product.

Not Glitz

I understand that styles vary however I did not get a Glitz Barbie I got in my opinion a plain that look nothing like the real Glitz Barbies on the pictures that have accessories etc.

The doll has come beautiful, brand new, but this is not the doll that is in the description. This is not a glitz doll. This is Barbie in ordinary dress.

Dolls Not as Described

The online description said the dolls come in a "signature party dress with ….. lots of sparkle and shine." It also said the doll comes with "Matching shoes and purse.....silvery drop earrings." My dolls came in plain striped knit dresses. They have shoes, but no earrings or purse. Customer service told me I can get a credit or exchange them at my local store. My local store does not have any. I have until July 31 to request a credit or exchange the dolls. All I want is the dolls that Best Buy said it was selling!
