Product ok, BB experience meh

Ordered online as a gift for the holidays. It arrived on time, but it was not even boxed. The actual product package arrived partially open so wasn't sure if there were parts that got lost or missing during the delivery. Contacted BB and they said sorry, and if I wanted I can return it for a refund. I told them sure but I requested a replacement so it makes it as a holiday gift. They said they can't guarantee or not even rush me a replacement.

Compact and complete

It is complete, right down to dishes and lights for the pergola. She is beyond happy, so, this grandma is happy. It can be folded and put away when not in use. 2 thumbs up!
