If you're a fan of the other Arkham games, then this game is for you. It;s not quite as long or powerful of a story as Arkham City, but as far as detective modes, gadgets, the story, and unlockables, it feels fresh. Don't let other game reviews fool you. Yes, the fighting takes more time to get used to than the previous arkham games - but remember - this is a prequel, so it should be tougher. Batman isn't as well known or as pro just quite yet.

Many review sites say that it's all the same, but thats not a bad thing. The graphics are a bit better, the city is amazing looking, and the story to me is lots better than the first two arkham games, the combat is just as good if not better than before, and the story has one major twist that i did not see coming, the story itself will run you about 12 hours, about 30 to complete everything. overall this is a great batman game before next-gen

So far I have enjoyed playing the latest Batman adventure. It's got a great storyline, and as always, the graphics and gameplay are well done. At times, some of the side missions become very repetitive. I wish there was a little more variance in some of the tasks you have to do. There are also a few really tough opponents early on that make the game a little frustrating, but if you figure out how to overcome it, then it sails along.

This is certainly not an original game, but it is a great Prequel to a great series with all of the gameplay you know and love from the other Arkham games.

It's a great game. It seems way shorter but it's still a lot of fun and they did build a lot more from the first 2 games. And they did it from the ground up.

If you like and/or have played the other batman games there is no reason you should skip this one. If is just more of the same awesome stuff....only better!

The graphics are great in this game. The Crime Scene investigation is an better than Arkham City, but the story is not as good. Still a great game to play!

Great story line and graphics. Some missions are difficult, so not a little kids game

third game in the arkham series is pretty fun! i don't think it's as good as 'City', but if you've played the other two, you should play this one

I've played both the previous entries and they were both great....This one continues with great play, however did not change much from its predecessor.

got it for my boyfriend and he loves it, he finished the game in a week and he loves the graphics on it as well, batman is one awesome super hero.

Incredible game! Everything I wanted and more! A lot of people say it's a lot like Batman Arkham Asylum but I think it's so much better!! Must Buy!

By now, the shine is off this title and everyone's waiting for Arkham Night (me too :). Not sure why critics are bagging on Arkham Origin so much when it's exactly what we expect for this franchise at this point. It was awesome seeing this world's origins and another top notch title. We'll see the evolution of Arkham on the next title but this is a nice distraction until then :)

Lacked the attention to detail found in Arkham City but still a great story line and at a good price.

It wasn't as good as the games put out by Rocksteady Studios but the mechanics are the same and it was still fun. I think it's worth a go.

this is a really fun game to play. so many things to do in this game, will keep you entertained for a long time.

Not as great as Arkham City but definitely a solid follow up in the series. I'd like to see a leap forward in the next installment.

Although this is a spin-off from the main series, I think Warner Brothers has made an even better Batman game with Origins than Rocksteady has with their first two games. The pacing and storyline are top notch. You won't even want to do side mission while playing. The story was so good I couldn't wait to get to my next objective as fast as possible.

Good game, very similar to the last one i have, lacks the finesse' that the original batman game had but still fun to play.

Another solid entry in the Arkham series, perhaps the weakest but that still makes it better than most other games.
