I enjoyed the story line and action of the campaign. Unfortunately, once you are done with the campaign, there is not much else to do. You can play online against random people. However, if you want to play online with friends, you need to find 8 people with the game that are available at the same time.

Battlefield bad company 2 Is one of the best in the series, should have bad company 3 in development

This is not up to the newer versions, but that is to be expected for an older game.

Picking up the story soon after the first game,the story follows the group through the rocky Russian border and beyond,with missions set in dense jungles and deserts as well as snow-covered mountains.Buildings and other objects of all sizes can be damaged and destroyed completely,with the right firepower at the right time and place.You can proceed through each mission as you see fit,stealthy ambushes,tactical strikes,or heavily armed frontal assaults that leave nothing but smoldering rubble in your wake.As in the first game,you can customize your character by choosing an equipment kit before the start of each mission.In Bad Company 2,four basic kits are available,Assault,Recon,Medic,and Engineer.Each gives your character special abilities and limitations,encouraging squad-mates to support one another and work together as a team instead of individually.You may commandeer vehicles you find in your missions,including motorcycles,tanks,patrol boats,and Blackhawk helicopters.Your characters earn experience for killing enemies and accomplishing mission objectives.Experience points can be spent to upgrade your character.You can also collect dog tags from the enemies you take down.But in addition to the single-player campaign,the game supports a wide variety of online multiplayer options,including an assault-style "Rush" mode in which teams take turns defending and attacking crates of valuable cargo.The controls in the game are not as tight as in Modern Warfare,but that doesn't make the game any less fun.The sound actually makes it sound like your on a real battlefield,and you hear some really interesting stuff in the campaign mode as well.The graphics are a little of a step above the first,with the game almost mocking that of the Modern Warfare series.Multiplayer is why you buy this game,the only reason you'll play the campaign is to get more gamer score points.Bottom line it's time to add another shooter to the collection if your a fan of first person shooters,I suggest you pick up this game,it's a must have.

Playing this game was found to be very enjoyable. Also, this was a pre-owned game and I had no problems with quality or price. I will buy pre-owned again.

I tried this game out because I really enjoy playing Battlefield 3. I played it a few times and don't really enjoy it much, but that's just my preference, I don'ts see anything wrong with the game.

This game is realistic in the following ways: character movement, graphics, sound, explosions, vehicles, wepons, and ragdoll physics Beats the last game by a long shot, and has the best squad and multiplayer experience I've ever seen in a game. I love the new defibrilator feature. My friends and I will be camping out in a constuction tower, we have two snipers shooting out windows as I stand by any entrance on guard, and use the paddles to revive anybody that needs it.

This game is hands down amazing. I normally get very bored of games very fast. If your like me Call Of Duty MW2 got really boring after a couple weeks. But in this game it is impossible too get bored. The campaign is intense and the story is better than Call Of Dutys. But the best part about this game is the online multuplayer. It takes a while to level up and there are many challenging awards to unlock. The game play is outstanding as well. You can destroy anything and unlike MW2 it is vital to work with your team mates. The graphics are very realistic and it actually sounds like you are in a war. The only bad thing is that because everything is interactible some times peoples guns stick through walls and what not but nothing benifical. But this game in my opinion is the best game I have ever played. You will not regret buying this game!!!

This game is really fun. the gameplay including vehicles and sniping takes alot more skill and pays off more than in MW2. if you are trying to avoid glitching, glitchers, and cheap players stick with Bad Company 2, not Modern Warfare 2; MW2 is extremely frustrating online because of these issues, and amost of the players are either annoying little kids, glitchers, boosters, or immature jerks. In Bad Company most of the gamers are team players, and they are not as annoying. Realistic bullet drop, and wind effects are really cool, and a destructable environment really add to the experience. But the one thing that absolutely turned me on to the game was the sound: it's frigin amazing. i've never heard a game with better sound in it. the biggest downside to this game tho is the kinda clunky controls. they are not as fluid as i would like but they are easy to learn and you get used to it.

3 words, its not COD. I was a Modern Warfare 2 player, a very long player actually making it to 3rd prestige. Infinity Ward and the game had many good and bad reviews. In my opinion it is a good game to play from time to time, but the Multi-player was an ABSOLUTE disaster. In Battlefield BadCo2. the game REQUIRES teamwork, unlike MW2. BadCo2 includes many weapons, kits, gadgets, and vehicles. Although there aren't as many game modes probably about 5, it is still a fun Multiplayer game. Single Player has a great story line to it, and you can never get tired of the story line. Graphics wise, they are great. They can use some work but the landscaping, weapons, explosions are great. The sounds are as if you are playing in a real war with endless effects of whatever is going on in the map, for example if someone is using a tank in a far distance, you can hear the firing of the tank. Or if a Helicopter crashes you can also hear it. Multi-player has man features that you will never get bored of. If you are a MW2 player I STRONGLY suggest you play this game, it will get you away from what MW2 tricked you into. Good: Worth the Money, Not Boring, Okay Graphics, Great Multiplayer, Great Singleplayer Storyline. Bad: Graphics are okay like I said, but it can still use some work, Multi-player can be very confusing for the first time, The movement they used for the weapon moving as you move is a bit exaggerated, Not many Game modes to play besides Conquest, Flush or Squad Deathmatch, Maps are HUGE. All in all it is a very great game, it will keep you occupied away from Modern Warfare 2, and you won't be bored of it quickly.

This will be a toss up for many. If you liked the first Battlefield:Bad Co. then you will definitely like the 2nd edition. However, a pre-warning, the graphics are improved from the first but it still has that grainy look to it, but it does bring that feel that you are right in the thick of things. Also, in the first Bad Co. the characters were hysterical in their comments and actions while you were waiting for the Sarge to give you your orders, the 2nd edition, it seems they moved away from a lot of the antics and went with a more darker and serious theme. They still do some jokes and crack on each other but it is no where near the original. This is my opinion here: the developers used a more realistic language approach so there is a lot more cussing in the game than the first one. The single player campaign I felt was weaker this time around and seemed shorter to complete. If you are purchasing this for the single player campaign only, just be aware that it is not very long and there really is not any WOW factors in it, like Modern Warfare 2 has. Don't get me wrong, it still has plenty of action but there are not questionable material or any jaw dropping material like MWF2. What makes Bad Co. 2 worthy of purchasing? The characters in the Single Player game are the still great even though they are not as much of a loose cannon as they were in the first. You've got to love Sarge, Sweetwater, and Haggard. They keep the entertainment alive in the campaign. No shortage in blowing up buildings, which is the best, fire fight on a plane, using tanks, boats, and flying in choppers. Destruction is awesome in the game. Shooting down trees and literally blowing up buildings to bring down the enemy is mindlessly fun. With all this said, the best part is the Online Multiplayer. I was hesitant on purchasing this game initially, because of the comparison with MWF2. But I am glad that I pulled the trigger and bought the game. The multiplayer game does take a few rounds to get use to what you are seeing and how the mechanics works, but being patient with it and continuing on you will be pleased. You can fly choppers, use remote control gunships, atvs, boats, tanks, shoot missle launchers, and fire heavy machine guns. It is glorious in all the things you can do. Sometimes, there is so much going on that it is hard to figure out where to go for cover. Plus, 24 players on a map. Awesome. I do give it 2 thumbs up and I gave it 4 star rating because of some small nuisances, but I would say purchase it if you are on the fence and if you want a change from MFW2 online, this online is fun.

I used to be a huge MW2 fan, but i got sick of it. BFBC2 is way better. the only thing i think that is bad about the game, is the way you knife. it's kinda slow, but other than that, it is a great game. graphics are nice, though the guns kinda look plastic. the sounds in the game are amazing. I also like that when you unlock a new gun, after you die, you can use it instead of waiting until after the match is over. And people don't camp in this because the maps are big. the game is set up really good. If you don't know what shooter game to buy, buy this! you won't regret it.

This game is probably one of the best FPS to date. Unlike its competition, MW2, this game focuses more on teamwork and actually taking the objective. It is a whole lot more time consuming as some matches will last a good 30-45 minutes. If you have 3 other friends with this game, the online experience is superb! I will admit though, if you don't have any friends that play this game or want to play it, you should probably stay clear of it. It is almost impossible to win a single online game when put into a squad of randoms. Other than that issue the only other issue with the game is the horrible EA servers. During the first week of the game, there were some problems with EA servers. It caused you to lag out, which was a real pain. This has since been fixed, but when a new map comes out who knows what will happen.

This is probably the most under-rated 1st person shooter game i know of. Many bad reviews. You cant really compare COD games with battlefield, very different environments. The way i like to explain this game to friends is by simply saying , this game gives you that war feeling that most "war" games dont. This is the game you can let your imagination take over. Get your RPG-7 and blow off the side of a building, kill the enemy in there! Its amazing. The graphics, explosions, gunfire looks so amazing, especially if you have an HDTV. What is even more impressive is the audio quality! So much bass in explosions , gunfire sounds so real, your in-game hearing impaires when close to an explosion, my lord its amazing. Turn on your surround sound because you WILL be sucked into the game. By the way, i was talking about multiplayer this whole time. 24 players max. The story is pretty good, but not all that great ima be honest. It gets pretty boring. But hey, you only play the story once, well atleast i do. But yess, give this game a try , will be worth it
