Confusing story, fun gameplay
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not familiar with the first Bayonetta but when 2 was re-released, I couldn't pass it up for the price. The game plays similarly to Devil May Cry and God of War, with more "set-piece" battles and for the most part, non-stop action throughout each of its 16 chapters. The graphics are nice and the game runs quite smoothly @ 60fps. I also enjoyed the music; to the pop-driven battle sequences to the mellow, haunting orchestral sequences in the game's rare, calmer moments. My only gripe with this game is the story is odd and I honestly had a hard time following what was going on. Even so, this didn't stop me from wanting to keep advancing my way to the end of the story. It's also worth mentioning that this game is definitely NOT kid-friendly. There's a lot of cursing, "adult" innuendos and not to mention the game can be pretty gory. Check this one out.

Loved the first? Won't disappoint

I did have to wait for a while however, as it was on a different system than what I had at the time. But if you liked the first Bayonetta, the second will be just as good
