grossly overpriced
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'd suggest trying something from Audio Technica (ATH M50), Grado, AKG, Sennheiser, etc before you conclude that Beats is of high quality. All audiophiles think they are average sounding, at best. The problem is that most consumers are only aware of the cheap headphones you find in most department stores, Best Buy, Radioshack, etc. There is a reason that Best Buy has two huge Beats and Bose marketing display. You should order some other brands and try them out or stop in a smaller boutique audio store.
