Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the excellent sound quality, wireless convenience, and comfortable fit of the Beats Wireless On-Ear Headphones. Many appreciate the long battery life and sleek design, although some find the price to be high. A few users mentioned issues with the headband's durability and desired higher volume levels. Overall, the positive feedback on sound and comfort outweighs the negative comments regarding price and volume.

at first i loved these headphones because they are wireless and a Bluetooth headset with a built in mic. I noticed that the swivel points are extremely loose and feel like they are about to break. MY SOLO HD's I GOT ARE WAY MORE SOLID AND DON'T FEEL CHEAP. The way they click in when making the headphones bigger or smaller feel like they are broken and extremely worn out and the way they bend in feels like i owned them for years. AND AGAIN MY SOLO HD's ARE A WAY BETTER HEADPHONE THAN THIS PIECE OF TRASH. I know how solid beats should be because i got Solo HD's as a gift and they made me love beats so i decided to spend $300 on these Beats Wireless but they are defiinatley not worth the price because of how cheap and not solid they feel. the Bluetooth has really good range and the mic is extremely well and sensitive but the heaphones always cut off when im listening to songs randomly than i have to click the play/pause button twice and its not consistent. After owning them for a week i noticed their faults and shoddy workmanship. and this is my SECOND pair because i exchanged the first pair thinking it was something wrong with them but these issues are a FACTORY DEFECT and should not pass quality control. I just want my money back and going back to my red glossy SOLO HD's

Have not had these long enough to really give a complete review. These are used daily by a 10 year old who used his allowance to purchase. As far as durability we are not sure yet.

I love the noise cancellation. Wireless makes it easy to move around and get lost in music.

    Unimpressive, very average.

Very underwhelming. Functions, looks and portability are top-notch. But average sounds and sub par battery life is why I can not recommend these headphones. At $280, I want to be blown away. These are very decent. That's it. I try to sum up headphones in one word, i.e. wow, awesome, great, unimpressive, etc. While these are not too bad, they are not too good, either. Unimpressed. Cheap plastic headband snaps

    Posted .

DO A QUICK GOOGLE SEARCH "beats wireless snapped" BEFORE YOU BUY! The plastic headband snaps in half at the "pressure joint" and Beats will not stand behind their product. After 6 months, mine snapped in half with little pressure, and I thought it was an anomaly, so I bought a second pair. Three weeks later, the second pair snapped in the exact same place. Then I started researching online and saw all of the YouTube videos to "assist" people like me that had the exact same issue..there are actual businesses that have been formed (3rd party) to repair these headphones because Beats will not. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Beats "Customer Support" actually acted like I was the very first person that had ever reported this problem, saying they had "never heard of this happening before", and that they would "alert the proper departments within their organization"...which is double talk for "we really don't care, we just want you to go away". Avoid buying these until the design improves...obviously, too much money to spend on a product that is structurally unsound.

I bought these headphonea aout 3 months ago, used them for 2 weeks. I took great care of them. If I wasnt using them I had them in the box while inside the case. One day as I was taking off the headphones and it snapped. I barely stretched tgem and the headband broke. If u dont want to waste your money don't get these, best buys warranty doesnt cover something as common as this.

    Worked great for 6 months...

Purchased a pair of white wireless beats Aug 2012. They were only used a couple hours 5 days a week. Feb 2013, they would no longer turn on. Tried all of the "tricks" suggested by Beats support; hold multifunction and volume up, hold multifunction and volume down, stand on one foot and holler at the full moon, nothing works. Now I'm stuck with a $300 paper weight. So if you are looking to purchase a new pair of $300 blue tooth head phones every six months, these come highly recommended. If you have better things to do with your money, stay far....far... away! The two stars are for the six months the headphones actually worked.

Returning today, not worth the money

Bought these for myself for xmas, very disappointed. I was looking for a good pair of headphones to use primarily for music, but also of home use with my MacMini. Could not sync with my MacMini, lost connection to my iPhone 4s randomly, cannot sync it with my iPad Mini w/Retina, skips first part of each song and while watching video the sound does not line up with the clip. These headphones are not worth their money. Pretty much good for just listening to music, if they were priced around $150 they may worth it to be wireless and have the handsfree talk feature. Save your money and do some research to find a better pair. The price is marked up for the wireless capability, but you if you have to plug in most of the time, buy a wired set. Heading to the store to return them today. After going back and reading more reviews, I found others with the skipping issue at beginning of songs.

Broken after 5 months of use

These are no good. The headband cracked on me in 5 months from regular use. I called customer service and they said they can't fix it and it is not considered a warranty item. I am now stuck with a $300 paper weight because Beats and Monster do not care about there customers. Save yourself the torment and do not get these headphones.

    Absolutely Dreadful

Have been using these headphones since around July rather lightly. The sound quality is better than most, but not as good as it could be. The plastic is horribly flimsy, just snapped in half today. This brand of headphones in general is overpriced and under-built. Will not be buying from Dr. Dre anymore.

    Not worth the money

I bought these mainly because I wanted a pair of wireless headphones. I like my music to sound high quality as well, and I had heard that Beats are pretty awesome. So I bought these, tried them for a few days, and brought them back to the store, very disappointed. The sound quality was average at best, and the bass was overpowering (not in a good way). For $300 headphones I expected much better. I understand that Bluetooth might take away from the quality, but seriously, if that's the case then lower the cost. I went back and bought a pair of Sony XBA-1's for less than a third of the price of these and they sound 10 times better.

    Not for fitness

Purchased for gym/all types of fitness- very unhappy with the fit, they fit really loose , and inky good for upright excerises, if you lay , jump , bend over they fall off and there too much money- the sound is bit even close to what they should be I have ear buds that are20 $ that sound better- the wireless works great I've gone over 50ft away with out static but j have noticed a lag in sound distribution in blue tooth after sweating the headphones were not made for sport don't buy for that , also I am a normal 6'2" dude rather big head and they are loses fall of it's very frustrating / I warred time and money and still don't have good fitness headphones - but better that a cord headphone- sound is muffled - bad even after adjusting phone setting still bites - if a cord bugs you these will bug you more no bs - I recently found jay birds fit headphones cheaper and better check them out

    Replaced Twice Already

Buyer definitely beware. I purchased my wireless beats last month and they immediately started acting temperamental. First, these overpriced headphones started dropping and whole tracks. Then it started skipping part of other tracks. Quite frequently, I have to power the whole system down and restart during my workout. Within the first month, the remote for my Beats died. I took them back to the store. Instead of replacing them-- like I should have-- I got another pair and purchased the extended warranty. My original thought is that my pair represented an outlier. Much to my dismay, the same issue is happening again with my replacement. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Luckily I opted for the warranty. HEADED BACK TODAY FOR MY THIRD PAIR. SMDH!!! You've been warned.

Beats Bluetooth are a miss not a hit!!!

I bought Beats Bluetooth for my deployment to the middle east. Besides listening to them for casual exposure, I did physical training with them about 4 times a week easy. Not even a year later my ear cups came apart on both sides exposing the padded foam. The other problem that I have is the connection between my iPhone 4s was dropped to often, forcing me to reset the bluetooth connection. My Studio Beats are still in great shape, having had them longer than these. I will contact Monster about the warranty.
