    I was excited for my first Beats product, but when I got it home, I was very unsatisfied. It has lots of great features and easy to connect/disconnect to my devices, but the audio quality was not good. And when I attempted to watch videos (YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc.) on any of my devices, there was an obvious delay, which made watching really difficult.
