The pill was good for about the first month and then the location to plug it in broke. Not sure if it can be fixed. So sad!

Took brand new speaker out of packaging to charge overnight it would not charge and never worked once, had to return it and stand in after Christmas return line which was very long. Waste of time and money.

Beats name should have been a warning. Tried anyway and found weak bass response and even weaker volume. Went with a charge 2. SO much bass and great vol.

After 2 hours one of the speakers blew out. The volume was not very high. Sounded OK for the short time it lasted.

I had to have the blue beats pill. Loved it at first. However, Went some time without using it, now it doesn't hold a charge at all. Can only use when plugged up. Smdh.

I bought an open box item. It wouldn't hold a charge at all, only worked while plugged in and a speaker was popping. Highly disappointed since these are "checked" I returned it the next day

I have only had the speaker for a few weeks, but I already can't charge it and it won't power on. Fortunately, I purchased the replacement warranty, but I am forced to use the same product.

Sound quality is not as good as expected. Should have gotten the bigger speaker or different compact device.

I bought it as a gift to my son during my trip to USA and when back in his first use it was not working , I don't know what to do actually I bought 2 one black and one red for my daughter.

That was the most horrible, tinny sounding speaker that I've ever heard! Don't waste your money. I went to the store to return it, and bought a Kilburn Marshall speaker, and it is Fine!

Purchased in 2014, used maybe less than 100 times. Battery has since died...Battery quality seems poor. Looking into purchasing a battery replacement.

I got the beats pill for a good price and was surprised with all the functions it's capable of doing. The only catch is Best Buy doesn't offer insurance for the Beats Pill.

I bought this speaker with high expectations. Although it works well enough I am not impressed with the sound quality. The sound isn't as crisp or full as it should be for the price.

Beats has been significantly famous throughout for years but there are now better speakers in the market with good prices

This speaker was a gift. When first plugged in there was a muffled, static sound over the music. It had to be returned and purchased again. A little disappointing.

Don't be fooled by popularity; go with Bose instead!!!!

We love our pill but it's speakers bust too fast replaced 1x already in 3months

Ive bought one of these back in september of 2014 and already exchange it twice due to malfunctions.

I also have a JBL charge and the sound is much better than the pill. Overall not that great, but it was free with phone purchase.

Got it free with new IPhone. Beats has always been overpriced for the sound quality. OK for getting free, but I would only buy BOSE.
