Fairly loud not too much bass though, overpriced I believe

Sounds good, but the bluetoot not work well, occasionally can not connect using bluetoot, when you manage to connect and there are times you stop listening for a few seconds, and worse you stop listening and I have to turn of and turn on again, only it works well with cable :(

Even if you are not an audiophile. An average listener should immediately notice just how tinny these sound. No base and no treble. For $30 you can get a better product called a Bop that is small and excellent. I won't say where. Recommend that 1 highly. but not the beats item here. Beats makes very nice headphones called the Beats Executives.

Bought a beats pill 2.0, wouldn't take a charge. Lithium ion battery faulty? Took it back to Best Buy. They exchanged it, same problem. Called Beatsbydre customer service. They instructed me to box it, wrap it, go to post office or UPS and "pay" to have it sent back to them. They would inspect it, repair it or send me a new one. I explained that it just came out of the box and shouldn't have to be given the run around. They explained that their solution is the only one that corporate would allow them to offer. Pretty much wanted me to abide by their policy or not. They wouldn't let me speak with any other authority, just asked if there was anything else that they could help me with. I explained that they hadn't helped me with my first problem yet. They eventually hung up on me. I called Best Buy again and they suggested that I come back to Best Buy a third time and they would take a new one out of the box and test it before I left with the third one. That I am going to do. Best Buy disclosed that they have had "a lot" of Beats products returned. I suggest that if you can't live without having a Beats product that you buy it from Best Buy or a similar retail outlet (never buy electronics online) and have them demonstrate that the exact one that you are buying "works" as advertised. On second thought, I am taking the beats pill 2.0 back to Best Buy and get my money back. P.S. This problem was not caused by Best Buy. They were trying to be the solution but Beats certainly was not.

To my surprise this has no bass and is priced very high, there are many $50 and below speakers that sound the same if not better.

This thing is a waste of money. The only good thing is the cool colors. There is too many other units that sound way better for less money. Shop around before buying. You must go listen to other speakers inside Bestbuy. Trust ME!

Poor sound quality; does not get very loud. Decided to keep it since it was a father's gift. After owning it for less then 2 months, battery will not charge. I would return it if I could but don't have a receipt or packaging. Working with Apple now to get it fixed or replaced.

The charging port developed a lose contention after 30 days of use. Another "Beats" production that it style over quality and value.

My daughter has a blue tooth Bose speaker that cost less and sounds better. All in all the sound is ok and it serves it's purpose.

3 weeks after Xmas, the sound quality was all static!

This was a birthday gift for my son. It lasted 2 weeks before the charging port failed. He took it back to the store and was told that there was nothing they could do about it. He emailed Beats directly and never received a response. Worst purchase ever. It was the equivalent of taking a lighter and setting $200 on fire!!!!

Very poor sound quality for a Beats product...and even more problematic knowing you spent $200! I even returned the first one thinking it was bad, only to find this was the norm...the replacement Beats Pill sounded the same. Very disappointed - learned my lesson the hard way. Don't waste your money!

This stopped working because it overheated 10 months after I bought it. Also the white color turns brown.
