These are basically gold colored Beats Studio Wireless and Pill 2.0's. Performance wise, nothing has changed. They're just finished in a high gloss champagne gold finish which looks amazing in person. Just a quick rundown of the sound for these products is as follows... The bass is not as elevated as I was lead to believe. They're very well presented in terms of quantity and good in terms of quality. When the volume is pushed hard, they quickly begin to distort thanks to the ANC. Oh yea, the noise cancelling is quite decent on these, but compared to my Bose QC25 there is absolutely no comparison. The QC25 makes me feel like I instantly went deaf. The midrange on the studios is present but a tad bit hollow sounding, nonetheless itis still on the warmer side of the spectrum with a good rendition of the naturalism of the fundamental tone. Clarity is there and everything sounds relatively coherent. Treble is a bit elevated to increase the sense of perceived clarity, but it isn't overbearing so and the overall tuning is energetic and well geared towards modern day music. These will be wonderful for those who crave bass driven music, but they still keep their composure when fed more demanding instrumental music. The new studios simply are much more improved from the original studios released in 2008. The sound is more balanced and refined and the overall design and comfort is more streamlined and sleeker. Of course, most of know, for the price, there are much better sounding headphones than Beats that cost less or in the same price bracket or of course the ones that cost more. But, these are among the better sounding bluetooth headphones that I have experienced. However, to back up Beats I'd go along and say these offer on all aspects that most headphones fall short on. All aspects are sound, comfort, style, simplicity, efficiency, branding (to some), etc... So while there are headphones that excel over Beats in sound alone, they usually always fail miserably in another category consumers may value... I've been running Powerbeats 2 wireless earbuds since they came out with no problems once so ever and I absolutely LOVE them. I decide recently that I wanted to invest in an upgraded audio source to use for all occasions other than being active. (traveling, casual, etc.) I'd actually been looking at Studios for a while, but since my Powerbeats 2 never let me down, I never pulled the trigger. That was until Best Buy decided to put this item on sale at $200 off. I've also been in the market for a Bluetooth speaker as well ever since my Nixon Blaster went out on me a year or so ago. To me, this deal was a NO BRAINER. You get a special limited colorway (I love gold!) of a pair of Studios and a BeatsPill for under retail compared to being bought separately?!? I've read a lot of mixed reviews but I have to say, in my experience it's been nothing but pure pleasure! For the Studios, the sound is clean and crisp with overall exceptional bass. In some genres I feel it could be a little more punchy, but the sub bass never lets you down. Obviously, that issue can be adjusted with tweaking your EQ. I mostly just run a default flat EQ and let the headphones do their natural magic. I absolutely LOVE these headphones. Ever since owning Powerbeats 2 I feel like I can never go back to having wires on my bud/phones. The wireless feature these headphones offer is a must for me and has yet to fail me from a functional aspect. I'm not an audio purist (however, I have been playing drums and have been involved with music for 18+ years), but these headphones absolutely get the job done and go beyond that for me. As for the BeatsPill, it has a pretty good overall sound. it doesn't suck, but its not great. it offers clean highs and solid mids but definitely is lacking on the low end and leaves more to be desired. its very mobile and convenient/efficient for most settings and situations. Now about a month and a half in, the only possible issue that is left to be determined is the durability of both products. so far, I've had absolutely zero problems. The Bluetooth connectivity is always spot on and swift. Charging has never been an issue either. If your looking for some great audio that's also aesthetically pleasing, this is the route to go. 100%

Gorgeous looking, plus an amazing sound quality, and volume range; it charges rapidly, and has an eccentric style. Automatic pairing makes it easier to use, and the "b" button for multitasking in iPhones is very helpful.

After a month of using both, I'd say they have great sound for the mid level specs. I recommend this for those who care about a good balance between aesthetics and sound.

As stated before no difference with non-gold Beats studio and pill 2.0 versions. Removed 1 star from a value stand point, as you can get gold tone Monster 24k if you want a similar gold tone headphones.

If you can get this bundle at a price range you can afford definitely go for it, I heard a cracking sound when I first started the pill (I gave it a 4-Stars because of that) & than didn't hear it again till now, I called apple because I was concerned about the previous reviews regarding those issues, they mentioned something about firmware, I guess that it hasn't been booted up for a while ;D Overall get this Bundle if you can seriously it's that good
