I have bought and returned this product only to have the second pair have major issues after 3 months. Half of the time on of the buds will not work and I have to reset them. Once I reset them it takes days before I am able to pair them again. This sucks when I am getting on a flight only to not be able to use my headphones or when I get to the gym. 100% disappointed with the quality.

They’re ok!

I don’t like that even with the smallest earbud (also tried the largest in case it was that they were too small) they still slowly fall out. Then when I go to adjust them and push them back in, I accidentally hang up on the person I’m talking to. I returned the ones with the ear loops because those did not adjust at all and hurt and I’d rather they fall out than be painful but I did like the fact that those would mute songs and read my text messages vs these do not.

Finally got fed up and purchased these. Why did I wait so long. The little wing tips do the job. You will not be disappointed with these.
