I traded in twice to see if it was just that I received a bad par, but all three pairs I received all had connectivity issues. Either the left or right ear did not connect. I still have not received an answer as to why this happened. I ended up buying another pair of the Powerbeats Pro, which is by far the best headphone on the market still. Its not even close.

These are the best headphones I have ever had. They are worth every dime and I love the sound quality and the battery life last an eternity. I can go 3 to 4 days without charging them. I noticed that the case may feel a bit flimsy but it is not bothersome. They are great for talking on the phone and having conversations I have used them for zoom calls and also great for working out they do not fall out of your ears. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
