A common manufacturer defect?

Even after the case and earbuds were fully charged and Beats app installed and updated. The app would show that it was charged but only the right earbud was able to connect to Bluetooth. Took them in to Geek Squad where they gave me a new replacement. Took it home to set it up again only to find out this pair had the same defect. I ended up returning it for a refund.

Use of Siri is subpar

I have to yell to be heard and the microphone does not pick up what I say correctly most of the time. They are extremely comfortable compared to the new AirPods but not as comfortable as the original AirPods. I should’ve saved 100 bucks and bought the original AirPod.
