The sound is great but sometimes the placement in your ear can be uncomfortable … just pull them out some . The battery life is at least 4 hours when using them. The phone quality on a call is decent. These buds are a great buy.

I have the air pod pros and was wearing them to the gym but they kept slipping out. I bought these and they have been amazing for the gym.
