    The left earbud wouldn't connect. Even after the case and earbuds were fully charged and Beats app installed and updated. The app would show that it was charged but only the right earbud was able to connect to Bluetooth. Took them in to Geek Squad where they gave me a new replacement. Took it home to set it up again only to find out this pair had the same defect. I ended up returning it for a refund.

    These are great so I won't go on about all the obvious stuff, they work great with iPhone. The thing I didn't expect is that the ear tips connector is not Apple proprietary like with Air Pods Pro -- you can choose from a wide selection of third-party ear tips and they fit just right on these ear buds.
