    Don’t buy these are not new claim to be refurbished and this battery continues to die on a daily basis. I will be returning for another set.

    They’re worth it buy the protection of you work outside the heat will eventually wear out the adhesive to the prong that holds in the ear

    Bought them as a gift for Christmas. The person spent two days trying to get them to work. Even going to an Apple store thinking it's the IPhone. Turns out to be bad Beats ear pods. Return to BestBuy for a replacement. No in stock. Now have to wait weeks. Also, BestBuy canceled the warranty, even though I'm a BestBuy Totaltech Member. They also canceled Apple Air Pots because they were on the same order. Took over 20 minutes to correct the Apple warranty problem. Now I'll have to work on the warranty for the new Beats Ear Pods when we get them.

    Sound is good. Quality of the charging box is not. Hard to get plugs in box and close it.

    Great sound, but wingtips hurt and ache the ear after 30 mins - one hour of use. Sucks to return them.

    Decent sound noise, canceling is ok, but bass is on point. If you want some nice headphones for 200 just get the air pod pros
