  • A common manufacturer defect?

    The left earbud wouldn't connect. Even after the case and earbuds were fully charged and Beats app installed and updated. The app would show that it was charged but only the right earbud was able to connect to Bluetooth. Took them in to Geek Squad where they gave me a new replacement. Took it home to set it up again only to find out this pair had the same defect. I ended up returning it for a refund.

    The sound quality is good but the connectivity between the buds can be an issue. When using both earbuds there is a lot of cracking and breaking up, have to disconnect and reconnect in order to remedy

    One ear plug will last 6 hrs. Put the opposite one and will last the rest of the day. I work 10 hour shift.
